Not a 3 star hotel: no daily fully serviced kitchen, no climate control, no hairdryer, no fridge, no USB charger, no toiletries, no recycling, no ice, no pool towels, and dirty/broken hot tub. Furthermore, staff had lost the reservation and had no way to look up the booking.com confirmation number I provided so checkin took 30 minutes.

Faucets need replacement very old. Beds are comfortable, but they are noisy.

Big rooms, hot shower, 24/7 security guards that watch your vehicle.
Wifi was not working. Laptops can't even connect. If you're lucky you phone might, but it's slow.
If you complain about it and your room is near the reception you can use the reception wifi.
Distance to the town center was a big far (This is partly by choice, but an almost 2km walk was a bit farther than expected - Not really the hotels fault)

2. When I showered water leaked out all the way out of restroom to hallway..
3. When I called staff, they came with 2 towels and gave me a mop for.me to clean it up & said to call maintenance in the morning.
4. They allowed for loud noise and music for hours in room above me until I called them to have security talk to them @ 2am.

Very spacious and clean rooms. we loved the spacious parking lot, plenty of parking. Very kind and friendly staff. Pet friendly, loved the children’s playground and spacious pool area.

The room was pathetic, no refrigerator, no microwave, no heat/air, no kleenex, no shampoo, sink had no plug so water goes straight down making a very loud noise, water takes forever to get hot, no breakfast, 1 hand towel for 2 people, no face towel, they come to check the room before you leave which makes you feel like a criminal, Will never stay there again.

Liked the big and clean room, soft bed, the table and chairs, the available pool. I loved the fact that the hotel is pet friendly. I will definitely bring my pet next time.
The only thing I didn't like is that the room I stayed did not have A/C. Not sure if other rooms have A/C. Good thing the day was not too hot.
