Stylishly decorated, well presented, very comfortable cottage in a quiet location right beside the river. Very well situated for visiting attractions, shops bars and restaurants.

Location in central Holmfirth. Spacious cottage with very comfortable sitting room. Apt that it was called Kingfisher Cottage as a kingfisher lives a few yards upriver!

Not much. An elderly friend found the number of stairs a bit testing. I also had to turn around a few times at the end of Scarfold. It was slightly easier for me to do an eight point turn than to reverse in or out! If my car had been an inch or two longer I could have been stumped!

This cottage is beautiful, great communication with the owner, very clean and everything to a high specification.

No parking but that didn't spoil anything for us. Elderly people with mobility issues would struggle with luggage if on their own.

loved the big family lounge, the kitchen was great to work in and the huge table was great to all sit together. loved sitting outside by the water in the evening and also listening the sound of the water helping you to fall asleep!

property was spotless, well furnished and warm, couldn’t fault it.

all good, nothing negative.
