Very clean, cool concept, rooms are nicely decorated and great location. Bed was very comfortable and owners are very nice and accommodating. Nice sitting area on the front deck.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, the bathroom and sink layout is a little odd. But clean and functional with nice finishes.

Conveniently located near village of Northville with access to a beach and dock (to board boat)., all within walking distance. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Convenient free parking.

It is a newly rearranged place. New furniture and appliances, fresh paint etc. Towels and bath robes have embroided logo. Cute. Clean, peaceful surrounding and private access to the lake. The owner offered his bbq for us to use. Very friendly.

No problems, that was our best hotel during the holiday.

Restaurant across the road was closed when we were there. used the local pub though

very quaint typical motel, across from the lake, from outside but the room deco was gorgeous, exactly as portrayed on the listing. Felt like stepping back in time to a much more glamorous era.

Had a great welcome and room was brilliant. Ideal for hiking the Northville-Placid Trail!!

The location was perfect, with the lake across the street and town just an easy walk. The rooms are not huge, but clean and newly renovated. The staff is not there overnight but just a phone call away, and very helpful.

The bed did have a bit of a 'ridge' in the mattress, and in the double rooms, they are just full size (not queen), but not a big deal.

One-of-a-kind experience in Upstate New York! I was looking for a unique getaway over the long weekend and saw this beautiful hotel listed on the site. Since it was a new listing I called the hotel to make sure everything was legit - the owners were so sweet and told me that they had just renovated the entire building and put in brand new furnishings and decor. I decided to book and let me tell you, the place looked even better in person. If you’re a fan of themed hotels you won’t want to miss this. My boyfriend and I love classic films and this place felt like it transported us back to the roaring 20’s! We got a beautiful room decorated in shades of blue and gold, complete with detailed decor. This hotel was also in a great location, right next to the Sacandaga Lake with access to a small private beach 2 mins walk away. Spent the weekend on the hiking trails, swimming, biking. Also visited Saratoga Springs, was just a 30 min drive away. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend in Upstate NY.

Booked a weekend trip for our anniversary and this was a great getaway. My wife adored the charming decor and we enjoyed our stay. The owners had just overhauled the entire motel and everything was brand new and clean. They were very welcoming and told us all about the area. Good bar and restaurants just 2 mins walk away, with a beach right next to it. We went hiking and swimming and had a blast. 10/10 would recommend
