The house was great. Location in a nice subdivision. Very clean on arrival and plenty of the basic provisions along with pots, pans etc. hot tub was great as well and nice place to eat outside.

Great spot for family from east and west to gather and enjoy what Tri- Cities area has to offer. House is fully stocked and was enjoyed by all ages.

The beautiful home is appointed with everything we needed. We had six adults and two grandchildren. 4 generations! The outdoor area is cozy and private. Quiet neighborhood and easy to navigate to and from local services. Well stocked pantry and kitchen! Plenty of bedding options with the folding mats and lots of extra sheets and blankets. We'll come back again.

What a beautiful home! It’s been built very recently in a new housing development. The inside is beautifully furnished, in excellent condition, and is thoughtfully appointed with fine hotel-like amenities. The owners/managers were very communicative, quick to respond, and helpful in every way. I thought I had left an item behind—not expensive—just something I hoped to retrieve. The owner didn’t just notify the housekeeper. He made a special trip over to the house to look for me, immediately after I notify him. He videotaped his walk-through, and narrated his entire search, just to assure me of his thoroughness. I highly recommend this property and the owners. And I fully expect it to be the first place I try to book when I make a return trip. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

I would recommend staying here. The house was very clean, inviting and comfortable. The hot tub was large enough for 6 adults and the patio was very nice. They give a 15% discount to a local Mexican restaurant fiesta so we took advantage. The food was amazing and would recommend taking advantage of the discount. The house contact is great and very easy to get ahold of if needed. Would give this a 5 star without question. Thanks for the amazing stay!

This was an amazing house with modern construction. Owner was well organized and willing to accommodate our last minute booking of this property. Short story this is a very nice home and i am certain my family would have gladly mlved in permanently. We enjoyed our stay here.

Isidro (the host) was very easy to work with and quick when we needed something. The house is well stocked (paper towels, toilet paper and the kitchen has everything you would need) and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to any of the downtowns as well as the wineries! Enjoyed our stay - thanks for sharing your home!

First time in the Tri-Cities area and this home was lovely. Clean and inviting. The owner was very responsive and had some special touches to welcome us. We felt at home and were able to relax. I would recommend this rental if you are looking for a relaxing stay in a clean and inviting home.

This is a great house. The host was friendly, thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. This property in listed as Kennewick but was a less than 30 minute drive to the wineries we were visiting. It was a great lay out for 2 couples. We would absolutely book again in the future.

Nice location for tri city

The house was clean and well appointed, true to the listing. We enjoyed our time there and enjoyed visits to several local wineries.

After we found the house, we were impressed on how clean it was and staged so nice! Beds were comfortable, hot tub was so nice after our rounds of golf. We enjoyed the fire pit and were highly impressed on how well stocked it was. We felt very welcomed, safe and enjoyed our entire stay! Will definitely look here again for our next years golf trip! Very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and well centralized to stores. The home was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.

Great spot! And clean

We enjoyed our two nights at this property, it was very clean and nice. The homeowner was easy to get a hold of and responsive to questions. The gift/snack box on the counter was a nice touch when we got there after traveling all day. The bedrooms are nice and roomy, the backyard is fenced and the hot tub is a great addition. I think because of the abnormally low temperatures across the region that the hot tub wasn’t able to heat up enough, though. But, like I said, it was very cold outside and windy and we weren’t too worried about the hot tub. :)

Excellent all the way around!

There was a lot to do for our family. Our teens enjoyed the game/ exercise room as well as the very clean and relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for dinning in. The hosts were kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We have travelled extensively for wine research. Often we use VRBO properties as it allows us to cook and match wines that we have tasted during the day. This property was exceptionally well equipped, clean and exceeded our expectations and needs! It is located in a very new community and was not real easy to find as we arrived late in the evening. A quick call to our host, Isidoro, resulted with him arriving at the house within about 3 minutes and showed us everything we needed . We spent five days sampling wines in Prosser, Benton City, Walla Walla and Richland and this property was centrally located to all of them. We would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to this area. Grocery stores (Safeway and Fred Meyers) were near-by. We received check-in and check-out instructions via messages but it would be nice if a permanent copy of these were placed in the house. Great trip and a great property!

We stayed here for the Pendleton Round-up, a bit of a commute but it was the closest thing we could find. The house is great, you can tell they’ve really thought things through. The hosts were amazing - we got there a bit early & Isidro was still there. He was super welcoming & showed me how to use the keypad to get into the house. Staying there a full week, we ended up running out of a couple things like dishwasher pods & ziplocs - I txted Isidro & he dropped them off later that day! My mom also accidentally locked the doorknob handle (which isn’t controlled by the keypad) so we were unable to get back in & Isidro was there within 30 minutes after I called & told him! Excellent hosts. We had a dog with us & the fenced backyard was perfect for her! And eating dinner on the patio was probably one of my favorite things, the chairs / table were so comfy & it is very convenient from both the kitchen & the BBQ. My only negative for me personally was the king bed in the master suite is a suuper firm mattress. I had a rough time sleeping on it but my partner thought it was ok. They did have some mattress pads in the other bedroom closets which I ended up utilizing. Overall we loved it & highly recommend it! Some of the best hosts we’ve stayed with.

My group had an amazing time at Isidro's VRBO. It looked like we were the very first people ever inside the house, it was immaculate! We had a great time - the hot tub was wonderful, grill was awesome and perfect for our anglers to grill up some Walleye from our trip! We will DEFINITELY stay again!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and welcoming place. Has all amenities that would make your stay comfortable. Isidro was proactive in communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved the house. It has all that you need and bonus extras. The kitchen had everything needed that I did not have to go out and buy supplies. The hot tub and fire pit would have been nice if it was not 100 degrees outside. The communication was excellent with Isidro. He is a very nice host. Plans to stay again soon.

Wonderful place to relax, make meals, and sleep. Very clean, comfortable, and lovely home. We appreciated how cool the home was in the 100 degree weather.
