Well presented facility, very clean and surprisingly spacious. On the beach and minutes from Provincetown.

Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen! Inside was updated and very comfortable. Was me, my husband, and adult daughter. Our king bed was very comfortable. Pullout coach would benefit from a little extra padding but otherwise it was perfect. Checkin was easy and on-site manager very helpful. Communication very prompt and responsive. Definitely an A+!

Our unit was a gem ! beautifully updated and decorated. Oversized with kitchen, living room , bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We had a great stay on a Fall getaway. On site help was fabulous with any questions and local suggestions. Highly recommended .

Our unit was super clean, modern and spacious. Ac splits worked like a charm. We also appreciated the niceties such as beach towels, coffee, blender, and even 5lb hand weights!

Such a quiet and beautiful location with updated and clean rooms. Great views and wonderful beach area complete with fire pits for the evening. Cannot wait to return!

Great location- easy access to Provincetown and beautiful beaches. Plenty of room to relax and the private beach on the bay was a nice perk. Heads up that the outside light shines right through the blinds in the bedroom which was problematic for us. Much of the unit looked updated- nice bathrooms and kitchen area- but the rugs and couches seem old. Still a great stay.

Arrived onsite to learn no staff onsite. Needed extra linens because the pull out couch didn't have any provided. Didn't get any remedy that night since it was already 9 pm but was able to txt a number. They provided linens the next day. We stayed in Unit 16. the 1 bedroom suite... The room is nicely updated for the most part. Advertised dishwasher... there is no dishwasher... Horrible part is the lack of shades. Sheer curtains is all that stands between you and the sunlight. Very bright in the rooms. The sofa bed is ridiculously uncomfortable so if you're an adult, don't plan on using that as a bed... The lock on the door is NOT user friendly. #1) there is like a 9 digit code to get in... hard to remember without holding your phone in your hand reading it out #2) there is not a setting to "not lock" it. so every time I left the room, I had to enter that 9 digit code back into the door. if you forget your phone... oh well... The view off the side was nice when standing, they really need tall chairs for that side balcony. You're over looking the outdoor showers for the property though, not the best. The beach area up near the firepit was nice and sandy but once you got near the ocean, COVERED in seaweed. May have been time of year, but being mid August, I expected much cleaner... disappointed that we didn't even get to enjoy the beach here. We did hop over to the Cape National Seashore and get beautiful beaches. For the price compared to P-town, it was fine. Disappointed in the customer service for sure. Disappointed in the beach for sure, but loved the convenience of it and its proximity to P-town, the National Seashore, and Welfleet. Would I stay here again? Yea probably not. I'm thinking the recent purchase of the property by VACASA from a local management company is the beginning of the issues. Google reviews show recent stays with similar complaints...

What I loved most was the convenience of this reservation. Walked right up and entered in key code that was texted to me and checked out via text as well, so easy. Loved the full kitchen, how clean and bright it was. Living room and dining area was great. Room 16 didn’t have straight ocean view, but it was fine because you could see the dunes/marshes from the big kitchen window, and partial ocean from the small little porch (which we didn’t use at all). Wasn’t expecting/loved the little shampoos/soaps. Read some reviews about sandy floors, cold water, fire pits not working - that was not the case for our stay - everything worked great. Only thing I didn’t like was that the kitchen/dining, first bathroom and living area was updated - but the back of the condo which had the bedroom and the second bathroom was not updated - it was fine but we didn’t even use the second bathroom cause it was a little grody compared to the other one. Please update the back of the house! Then this would have 6 stars!

Very clean and spacious. Great beach front rooms! Horrible code locks on the doors 10 numbers to put in every time and if you don’t get it on the second try your locked out. No humans work on the property so you have to always be calling some number for assistance. If you are a senior citizen and need any help, there is no one there to help.

Great views of beach, ocean and P-town monument. The apartment was a short drive to P-town action but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The apartment is spacious and very beautiful decorated. It has everything you need to feel at home. Very clean and perfectly located at the beach.

There was so much that is GREAT about this location, that I'm going to start with what is wrong. #1) It needs a dishwasher. #2) It needs exhaust fans for both bathrooms. #3) The 10 digit code to get in is too long. It needs to be shortened to 4 digits. Most places use the last 4 digits of your phone number which makes it easy to remember. My wife had the code on her phone and went to get something from our car and didn't take her phone with her. Meanwhile I was in the bathroom. She came back and was locked out. There she stood, banging on the door for me to let her in, and I couldn't hear her. Shorten the entry code!!! Having said what's bad, now let me tell you that this place is Outstanding. We are taking a 24 day tour of the New England States. We are staying in 6 different VRBO rentals in 6 different states. This was the 5th place of the 6 where we are staying. And so far - It's The BEST! It was spacious and clean. It had 2 large beautiful bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub, and the other has a large walk-in shower. It has a wonderful king bed!!! It has plenty of big windows to let the light in. It has a nice kitchen area with lots of lighting. The balcony is small, but it gets the job done. So if you don't mind washing your dishes. If you don't mind not having exhaust fans in the bathroom. And if you don't mind having to punch in WAY TOO MANY entry code numbers, then I promise you that you will LOVE this place. It is SO SO Spacious and Convenient.

To look for that on app- my bad!!! Left all windows open and turned off AC and it was almost breathable by the time we left- I ll check that box next time for sure! Otherwise spotless condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandbars. Great location, very clean. Steps away from the beach and dog friendly! It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

Room 16, upstairs Good: spacious, large bathrooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure, and clean. Not great: no dishwasher and the bedroom window faces the parking lot which is of course lighted during the night. The bedroom only has blinds and so the room never gets dark. I would recommend installing curtains in the bedroom and installing a dishwasher, if possible. I would stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. Clean, up to date & quiet. A great week on the beach -

This two bedroom two bathroom unit was perfect. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the small private beach. Definitely would recommend it to others.

This was a beautiful location with the beach in the backyard. Sadly, we had a few minor issues within the room. The shower handle is loose, the outlet by the TV in the bedroom does not work, and the remote for the TV's were in the wrong rooms. It was sad as we could not speak to anyone there about our stay. The couches were also pretty outdated and uncomfortable for the price paid. The number associated with this location was not helpful when we called, as they seemed clueless about room check in/check out times. Other than these issues, it was a beautiful location. The beach was amazing! Just wish the price matched the quality.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week. The property was very clean, beautiful, and updated. The close and easy location near P-Town was something that we loved the most (about a 10 minute drive). The check-in process was extremely easy as well. The only recommendation we would have would be to put a room darkening curtain in the window, as the sun rises directly outside which woke us up pretty early. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.
