This house had so many cute little areas to read or relax. We had a couple of minor issues but the owners were quick to resolve them. Our family of 7 were quite comfortable there. We loved having no close neighbors. Our own little oasis!

My 2 teens, dog and I needed a change of scenery and some rest and relaxation after a busy November, and this property gave us that and more. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The set up was ideal for a family with a dog. The area was quiet, but not too far off the beaten path. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Will definitely be booking again.

Nice location,quiet area ,easy to get to ,nice place to stay ,would stay there again ,inside was very clean and up-to-date beds not so comfortable but that’s expected

There isn’t a lot of inventory in this area. House was as described, although needs some updating. The bedroom on the main floor desperately needs a new queen mattress- it’s visibly sinking in the middle & we got no sleep on it. Master bedroom upstairs is bright & spacious.

The house was awesome! So cool, with lots of areas to sit and relax. Did g friendly which we appreciated. Close to lots of activities, but secluded for privacy.

We chose this property due to its proximity to all things NH, both the White Mountains and the lakes region being tops on our list, as well as the fact that the house would accommodate our dogs. The house itself was great, however, when we arrived there were bags and bags and bags of overflowing garbage and trash from the previous guests. This was the first thing we saw when we pulled into the driveway and it was quite shocking. Not only was it a hazard, but an eyesore as well. I made several phone calls to the rental management company and was simply told the issue was "escalated" and they had "punched a ticket." When someone finally did show up to remove the garbage, I was told they only get to the properties twice a week etc. My unease and displeasure could have all been avoided if, prior to arrival, the company would have sent a simple message or other communication stating that the property was ready for check in, but we know there is a mound of garbage outside and we will be by first thing in the morning to pick it up. However, I could not speak to anyone local from VACASA who could reassure me that this situation would be resolved. The house itself was clean inside - by far not the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in but it was acceptable - and the layout and location were perfect. I would rent this house again but due to the fact that it is managed by VACASA, it is a huge turn off - to this or any other property managed by them.

This place was wonderful for us! House was so spacious and clean. Beds we comfortable. Close to every where we wanted to go!
