A-Frame Cabin with riverfront access - Come see the fall leaves! Close to RMNP
Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (luge, motoneige et bien plus encore), cette cabane non-fumeurs est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, de là vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 14 minutes jusqu'à Wild Basin Area (parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses) ou de 22 minutes jusqu'à Meadow Park.
Cette cabane de 70 m² vous invite à la détente avec un jardin, du mobilier d'extérieur et une terrasse privée où se retrouver autour d'un verre. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur : Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision et chaîne hi-fi.
Un salon, barbecues à gaz et une cheminée équipent également cette location avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes et du papier toilette. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven. The rocky, burbling creek is the selling point of this property. We spent most of our free time on the patio next to the water. The communication from the hosts is excellent with very clear instructions, The home has everything you need and we were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. You can hear the river from the master bedroom making for an amazing night of sleep. This is the perfect place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Estes Park is a very scenic 30 minute drive away and gives you access to everything you would need.

Can’t wait to stay here again. My daughter, a freshman at CSU had a small break from school. I traveled from Illinois to stay here with her for the long weekend. This place was exactly what we needed to relax, decompress and listen to nature. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, the location is beautiful and quiet. There are neighbors but you can’t really even see their house. Despite there being neighbors, we felt completely alone. I can’t even describe the walk down to the river, words can’t describe how absolutely beautiful it is. The master bed along with the bedding was perfect, so comfortable and cozy, we slept amazing each night. The owners were quick to respond to me. I appreciated the cold spring water, it was delicious! We grilled out and played games, and relaxed! Bonus, the owners left 2 pairs of wader boots so we were able to walk the river a bit. I’ve never felt so at ease and comfortable as I did when staying here.

Lots to like. It is nicely appointed and is on the river. Downsides are there are few windows and even fewer with screens. This is problematic in the summer as there is no AC. Additionally, this is not a secluded location. It’s in a neighborhood of sorts, and the property next door and across the river are less than desirable.
Despite those limitations, it’s a nice property and the owner is very communicable.

Beautiful properly in a perfect spot to explore all that the RMNP has to offer! The property was convenient, clean, and had all that you need for a comfortable & affordable stay. My favorite experiance was coffee on the deck watching wildlife and listening to the river. I would highly recommend.

Cute little cabin in Riverside close to Lyons. House has all you need including kitchen utensils, toiletries and games. They left bottled water for us which was great!
The stairs to the second floor, where the bedrooms are, is a little small so I wouldn’t recommended for people with mobility isssues or elderly. Bathroom is in the first floor.
We were looking for simple, secluded and nature so it was great for us. We played games and watch a movie by the fireplace after hiking all day. We even saw a big moose in the backyard.

This cabin is on a beautiful lot right by the river. You can hear the sounds of the river while hanging out in the cabin.
It was very clean, but also dated. The furniture was not comfortable as it was older, like mid century style.
A few things that weren’t great: very little water pressure in the shower, only had a one cup coffee maker, light switch in living room did not work so we had no lights in that area, smoke detectors on main level were missing-kind of a big deal, and bulbs throughout home were missing as well. So lighting was kind of an issue at night.
It is about 35 minutes to Estes and it was a beautiful drive.
I would not stay again just due to comfortability, but it was clean and a nice outside area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is neat, clean and uncluttered. The remote control fireplace on those cold evenings was so warm and inviting.
Listening to the river, while lying in bed, was one of my most favorite parts of our stay! The river is beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee there most mornings.
The location of the home is perfect. It’s far enough away from any hustle and bustle, yet close enough to the small, cute town of Lyons to get groceries.
The drive to the property is gorgeous!

This cabin was the perfect blending of location and seclusion! The cabin is well suited for a couple but you could easily have up to four staying here. The back deck is literally steps away from the St. Vrain River and there is a stairway leading directly to the water's edge. A large deck platform right by the river was the best place to relax and take in the sights and sounds. We appreciated the quick access to Estes Park and the eastern side of RMNP. We started out Labor Day weekend with a stop in Boulder on the way to the cabin and enjoyed the Pearl Street Mall. The next two days were a mix of hiking in the park, sightseeing, an arts fair in Estes Park and some great down time sitting on the back deck by the river. The hosts were quick to reply to communications and check-in was a breeze.

This place is a total gem! We knew it would be special based on the photos, but it exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, serene, peaceful and comfortable. Your access to the water is incredible. You can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on any of the decks and enjoy the river and the little river landing is incredible. I spent many an evening sitting right by the riverside surrounded by beautiful blooming daisies. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, and Taylor and Tyler were highly responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and indoor and outdoor living spaces. It was also extremely clean and safe for two women traveling alone. We loved being able to walk out and hang out by the river. We had a few polar plunges after some amazing hikes. Very convenient location if you want to go to RMNF, Estes Park and other trails. I highly recommend.

The A frame was simply magical! Clean and well stocked, the property was the perfect get away. The national park is a beautiful short 35 minute drive away. Coming back to the house and relaxing after a day in the park was the perfect ending to the day. It is simply delightful to sit on the porch and hear the rushing water. We will definitely be coming back to this charming paradise in the woods! Can’t recommend enough❤️

The setting was gorgeous with a churning river right outside of the property. The living room was spacious with nice lighting and views. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean. The owner left beers in the fridge as well as coffee and tea. Sugar was also provided, which was a very nice touch.
However, in the bathroom the claw foot tub had brown scale around the bottom quarter of the tub and was not inviting. Although there were two bedrooms, you have to go through the master to get to the other one. A smaller point was that there was only one small mirror in the cabin, in the bathroom above the vanity. One of us was short - 4'4 - and unable to use it. A fuller length mirror would have been excellent.
Another important thing to note is that there is no cell phone service in the area and in the surrounding area it can be very spotty. So the way to communicate to the outside world when you are there is through email.

This cabin was awesome! Super cozy, beautiful drive, wonderful scenery. Close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. A perfect little get away spot in my opinion. the owners were great, our wifi went down part way through the trip and I had to reach out to them. They were very responsive and got a solution for us quickly.

This was the perfect place for us. Clean, cozy, and everything we needed. A few nice surprises were fresh drinking water, fresh ground coffee, condiments, comfy reclining chairs on the deck for star gazing. Location was close enough to town and close enough to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The view is stunning & the river is beautiful. Perfect location for a get away & lots to do if you choose to head out for an adventure. The hosts are wonderful & are great at communicating. We will be booking another adventure here again!

Bathtub was so old and yellow, so ugly , no screen in the window so you can’t open the window at night, smells so bad at home like something old, but nice location and beautiful view around the house , clean inside , everything dishes what you need and everything was clean in the kitchen

Beautiful little gem super close to Estes & RMNP!!!
This place was nothing short of amazing & the pictures just honestly do not do it justice. The little river in the pictures is literally in your backyard & quite breathtaking! You can go sit right next to it or you can stare at it from the balcony or back porch while u sit back & relax. The A frame cottage is about 11 miles up a mountain … if u stay on the same road and keep going about 15 more minutes, then you’re literally right in Estes Park where u will find the various entrances into Smokey Mountain National Park and tons of shops, eating & views to die for, etc. We LOVED the location. The host was so kind & beyond accommodating to us and that was a pleasure to have as well. Their rental was clean, super cute and a perfect space for a couples get away.

Very Relaxing!
Loved the location of the property and that it offered several places to relax outdoors. The river rushing by was wonderful to listen to, especially at night. Nearby towns are about 30 minutes in either direction. We drove to RMNP without any issues each day we were there. Would love to stay again!
