The pool and outside are very nice and the aerator in the pond provided some good white noise while sitting on the porch. An easy walk to the beach. Some tips for future renters - Bring extra blankets with you, a towel/bath mat for the master bathroom and crocs for walking in the parking area (rocks are sharp). Would definitely rent again.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been going to St. George every summer for the last 8 years and have had amazing experiences with renting vacation homes, but this time was different. During our one week stay, we found that the downstairs TV would not work, the dryer would not dry, a water main busted and we saw numerous cockroaches. Even more frustrating was the lack of communication with the Sun Coast office. We reported each of these concerns as we learned of them, but communication back from the office was lacking. The water main repair did happen quickly, but the dryer was not fixed until the day before we left and we had to drive to the office to ask for additional towels. While I completely understand that things break, I do understand the lack of communication or willingness to reach out to see if there were things that could be done while we waited for concerns to be addressed. Given my experience I do not plan to rent from Sun Coast in the future.

A great house and good location. the only issue that we had was that we were not made aware that there would only be one roll of TP per bathroom, 1 kitchen towel, 1 small bottle of dish washing liquid, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 trash bag. That was a tremendous inconvenience and had we known we would have brought supplies. Also the coffee pot is miniature and very slow.

We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a quick trip to the beach or the bay. The home was very clean and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the cabinets had everything we need. You could definitely tell the owner had put a lot of time and effort into the home. The pool area was perfect. This was a great place for us to experience SGI for the first time. This rental is very convenient to the beach, nature locations, and close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. We liked that it is somewhat secluded from typical vacation area busy-ness. We would stay here again if visiting the island.

I want to say this house was perfect, but the internet never worked (even after multiple calls and visits to the management company), we were not provided enough towels (we had less guests than it could accommodate), there was one small container of dish soap in one kitchen, but not the other, there was a very small amount of utensils and other necessary kitchen items. It was just strange to have such a luxurious accommodation, but minimal necessary household items on hand. I would recommend the property, but I would warn that the kitchen is not well stocked.

Great family getaway at Feelin Froggy. Some of us were new to the island, some had been to St. George before. Short 3 block walk to the beach. The onsite pool was amazing. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a separate entrance, not accessible from the 2nd floor. Which worked great for our family with a child. The other adults stayed upstairs. Enjoyed this property and would stay again!

This was our first time staying at SGI. The house was amazing! We visited the beach just a short walk away during the day and came back to the pool at night. Will defiantly come book here again!

My only complaint is the living room furniture. It's very uncomfortable. Also I picked alot of weeds around the property, pool and the mosquitoes were worse than I remembered last year. Also was not pleased at the waterhoses that where a lot longer before and one was missing by the steps as you go up to the house. Also someone took duck tape to repair the one by the pool, but it was still shooting water through the tape. Well that's it. Always love me some Saint George Island and Feelin Froggy is pretty cool place !!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Spotless home, decor was soo cute and suiting as we say so many little frogs and lizards! Had a infant with us and all the gates and fenced in areas were perfect for him! Pool was the perfect size! Seriously everything was amazing and a short drive to the beach on the golf cart but could easily get their by bike too! We will return!
