What a great property! The location is perfect and the views are stunning! We will definitely use this property again when we go back. The only note is that folks need to beware of the tub as it is the most slippery thing we've ever encountered. Other than that, perfect!!!!!

First of all the Location is great, overlooks the water and walkable to many attractions. With that said I would have preferred to stay at the Hotel 2 Buildings down. The place needed an urgent refresh or a little better cleaning. Stains on the walls and carpets were clear pretty indicative of a basic wipe down in between guest stays. The linens were cheap, flimsy and I uncomfortable. There was a coffe bar with a Kearig but no coffee or coffee pods to be found. Kitchen fully stocked with the exception of basic oils and spices needed to cook. The shower required someone the height of an NBA player to maneuver over without getting your foot scratched in a shower that who’s pipes got louder the lhotter the water got.. If you are looking for somewhere with comfort, skip this one.

The condo was a great fit for our family of four. Each child was happy to have their own bed with the sofa bed and day bed. We loved the view of the water and sunny balcony. We arrived via light rail from the airport and so did not have a vehicle. We were able to walk very easily to the market, baseball stadium and light rail station. It would be nice if the property manager would allow folks without a car to stow luggage in the unit prior to check in time. We had to lug our backpacks around until 4pm.

Super great location in Seattle! We could walk to everything! Condo is perfect for a couple, for two couples (like what we had) the hide a bed is super thin, so you would definitely need an extra cushion. Nice features with the countertop ice maker and towel warmer in the bathroom. Now for Vacasa, lady at front desk was very nice. We showed up right at dinner time and had a long drive. So we were excited to get in our room and go out to eat. Had a spot assigned to us to park in our email and she confirmed that at the desk. Parked and had everything out, my husband had to go back and get one last thing and there was a lady in her vehicle behind our bronco telling us that is her spot and we had to move. So my husband ran back upstairs to get me and the keys, they lady told us she lives there and deals with this problem all the time. And that we need to move. I called the number on my email but it wasn't for the front desk. And was put on hold. So we had to park in the spot the tenant told us we should park. Which was right next to a huge pole and another car, only the driver could open door. We went to the front desk after that and she said "yes, to park there. And sorry, the tenant sold that parking space." If that was the case change it in the system! We waisted a lot of time going up and down trying to figure this all out. Then we finally make it to dinner and I get a text from Vacasa from the manager of the property " I want to inform you that the parking space is F55 not C23. Enjoy your stay" REALLY! I said "Yes, we know that now would have been nice to know earlier, before check in. Embarrassing for us with the other tenant, and not a good way to start our stay." He apologized and said have a meal on Vacasa, and send the receipt to him, they will reimburse our credit card. He even knocked on our door the next day and apologized again, and said they will reimburse us. I sent the receipt and he said he submitted it and to wait 2-4 days. NOTHING! He said sorry and submitted it again, NOTHING! I would have been satisfied if they would have paid for our dinner, would have totally made up for our bad experience..... But now that they haven't and have been ignoring me, I feel worse! I highly don't recommend this place, which is unfortunate, because otherwise I would have totally stayed there again.
