Nice little joint very close to the beach access. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. The house is always clean and well equipped, the location is great and the neighbors are too. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful beach place, clean, beautifully decorated and recently remolded. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful and you feel like your in a tree house. The beds are very comfy and kitchen is well stocked also. We highly recommend this property and Jeff the owner is great!! He responds quickly if any questions and cares about making your visit great and comfortable at his beach house.

We've vacationed at Topsail Island 7-8 times now and everyone thought this was the best place we've stayed at so far.

What a great property, clean, and so simply and beautifully decorated, you can really see the light play against the live oaks. Nice linens and towels. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Loved our stay! Very close to the beach. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for our family of four for the week--including two spacious bathrooms. We loved the decor, and we enjoyed having meals on the deck under the trees. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Property as pictured. Nice location, quick walk to beach, beach was not too crowded. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Large natural light filled living room. Enjoyed our stay - met our needs for the weekend.

King bed mattress had like a memory foam on top and you literally sunk into what felt like a hole. Across the street is public parking and beach access , which was advertised as not being close to beach access but was no big deal, wasn’t a crowded beach. And check in time ended up being 5:00 against owners fault the dishwasher had to be replaced and they weren’t finished by check in time.

Peaceful, Comfortable, clean and serene 2 bedroom 2 bath beach getaway with treetop views. Thoughtful and responsive host owner. Must be able to use stairs.

Just as pictured and has a nice aesthetic. I was worried about the seating for 4 of us based on the photo, and it was a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen has the basics as others have said. Empty cabinets can be used as pantry storage but additional cookware would be nice and a separate shelf to get some of the appliances off to open up the counters. Dishwasher didn't work so we had to wash everything by hand. The master mattress didn't work for me -- I like firm or medium firm -- and this was soft and creaky with a foam pad on top. I ended up sleeping in one of the twin beds but it just depends on type of mattress you use. It's a quick walk to the beach and you go through a cool overhang of branches which is pleasing every time. 11am check out is nice and so are some other things like hand soap provided. The Upper patio gets a nice breeze and view of the waterway from one corner. Also very nice to be able to bring the dog. I goofed somehow and although searched for with pets it didn't charge me the pet fee. Wasn't hiding the dog and tried to pay the $50 to Jeff when he reached out but got a bunch of not so nice messages about it and then a refund of $100 which I didn't understand either.

This place was great! Beautiful home tucked into an overgrown wooded area. We were able to shower, sleep, and relax without that odd “ick” feeling you get while staying at some strange places or hotels. The newly renovated space was obviously cleaned well before we arrived. We used Doordash. Rented a kayak for the week. The beach was not overly crowded. The outdoor shower has hot water. The TVs are legit and the appliances are brand new. Will definitely consider a repeat trip!

We absolutely loved the privacy of this place as well as the beach proximity. Totally recommend staying here if you are looking to come to the area

Fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect and the is house is also. Super clean and comfortable. One the best if not the best house we’ve stayed in while at Topsail. Jeff is super attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely return again..

There were 2 dead roaches that I can understand but then 2 live roaches. Kitchen had 1 small casserole dish, not many knives and a bowl had dried green stuff on it (?guacamole). Refrigerator had someone's left over mayonaise & mustard, no ice maker, only big bag of ice in freezer.

Recently remodeled and comfortable place for 2-4 people. Our little dogs were a little bit afraid of the stairs (gaps between risers) but otherwise a perfect place for them as well. Newer property on market I believe. If you are big on cooking, bring your favorite supplies as only the basics are in the kitchen. Clean and remodeled bathrooms and comfy beds. Great stay!

Jeff’s home is tucked back in the trees right between the ocean side and the sound side of Topsail. The home’s modern decor is austere and artistic. The perfect spot to hear the birds in the trees, walk to the beach for sunrise while sipping coffee or chat at night around the fire pit. Such a delicious treat for your soul. This is a fantastic place to stay! Secluded, close to the beach and outstanding decor. The house has outstanding updates and lots of space inside and outside. The owner has thought of everything to make it a perfect stay! We loved our time there!

Beautifully renovated and convenient location!

Very good location. Nice space. Very close to the beach. Very clean. The owner was very thoughtful with what he had in the home ie: pots and, dish liquid, laundry detergent, water in the fridge pizza for the kids. All you had to do was buy your own food. Qi will indeed come back

We very much enjoyed the location of this property, 2 minute walk to the beach and 3 mile bike ride to surf city or serenity point. The condo has a nice entry basement as well that allows most of the sand to stay out of your living space and is a nice place to keep your pup while out to dinner! Very responsive owners if any questions arise.

The house was great! Very close to the beach. We were 100% satisfied. Jeff was extremely responsive to questions! Highly recommend staying here!
