condo had a lot of issues including dirty walls and closets , the neighbors were great ! the worst thing was the staff when checking on versus what we had been told ! three and four part renters are not working together! we paid four months in advance and day of check in were told we just needed code then the condo office told us we had to check in with them ! we did not have to at all ! so that held up check in for two hours ! never again will I rent from Summerhouse or Vacasa

I like that it was on the beach and it did have two pools which was nice!

The room was not very clean, we had ants in the master bed and was told someone was coming to spray but never did. The back door to the patio was broke when we got there and I called right when we got there because we got the room so we could have access to that and never could use it because it was a safety hazard. we had kids with us and couldn’t allow them to get near that door which meant we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. that was awful because without the curtains being open there is NO lighting in the room. the living room fan has no light on it so we basically sat in the dark. the hall bathroom shower door is broke and inside is not cleaned very well you can see black mold that has settled. I was honestly very disappointed in this room. I have asked for some of a refund because we ended up leaving a day early anyways. We had access to the back porch from the master room but had to walk through families room to get to it which wasn’t fair when we should have been able to go out on the main side. overall, we had a good time but the room was awful. The place was not very clean and really needs to be updated. I would not stay here again.

It is a beautiful location on the beach! We enjoyed the pavilion since it rained during our stay. The resort staff was very gracious to offer their indoor facilities for our family get together, although we didn't need it after all.

our unit was very dated. the oven and stove eyes were very dirty, and one eye didn't work.

We had a fabulous weekend! Your condo was awesome and we were very comfortable. The only thing was when we took the sheets off the bed there was a large dark stain on the bottom bunk bed. We would love to come back and stay in your beautiful condo.
