Location was great. Several small maintenance issues (light bulbs out, bathroom sinks not draining adequately, couches very worn, painting much needed, limited kitchen supplies).

Views were amazing. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean. Although the check in process was confusing and hard to understand , once we got to the condo everything was as expected. Plenty of space and well equipped. I would imagine a large party might have trouble with only having 2 keys,but for us it was perfect. Beds were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Easy, quick access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, and imagine that staying during the summer months the pool access would also be a bonus! Property was clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work.

Overall, the inside of the property was adequate, and the proximity to the beach was great. There were some issues with kitchen appliances, plumbing, and the cleanliness of the outdoor space.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The openness and windows at this corner unit allow you to see the view of the ocean all day! the decor was also cute , we have the same dining table in our home! The only few issues where the door didn’t lock in the master bedroom , you could tell the master bath had just had some updates as there was old curtain etc in the closet so didn’t seem usable and the check in process was a but confusing on where to go to get the paperwork as the notes we had still said it was a drive through pick up which was not the case, you had to go into the building. Again, overall great experience and we would stay here again!

The location to the beach was very nice, but I do have to say the place was pretty dirty. It looks like all of the bugs and dirt were swept to the edges of the rooms and the outside patio furniture was almost unusable. It was just thrown around with sand and mold and dirt all over it. The table and chairs were filthy. Spiderwebs everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the amenities worked well. Overall it was a nice week, just needed More attention to cleaning. Most of the grills did not work, and when we found one only half of the grill worked. Pools were nice to use, they were clean for the most part.

This fabulous corner unit with a wrap-around balcony was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrises and dolphins on the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and well organized. We wanted for nothing! Having four bedrooms each having its own bathroom was so nice for our other adult family members. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and challenging to get in. It would have been nice to have something to step onto to make it a little easier. All of the beds were comfortable and having linens and towels provided was an extra plus. Getting the tv on was difficult to figure out with the multiple remotes. It would be helpful to provide renters with instructions on how to work all of the electronics. You really can't go wrong with renting this unit!!

If you need time for yourself and peace of mind. This is the place for you. My family and I stayed here, the place is warm, cozy and roomy. We all enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back.

It had fantastic views of the beach. The unit was very clean and orderly. It was easy access to the beach and the pool areas. Kitchen had most of the kitchen supplies you would need. We had 6 adults but only had 2 key passes which caused a lot of issues trying to get from point A to point B. We had difficulty with the internet connections everyday as it would stop or not work at all. We also had 3 cars with only 2 parking passes. It was difficult to find parking on the street as there was only a few places to look as you had to walk about a block away. We noticed that there were several empty spots in the garage. I was told I could ask security for another pass when I came. There was no one in security at the Sanctuary to ask. It would have been nice to be able to rent one of the empty spaces for a week instead of trying to find a parking spot. The biggest issue was there was a missing shutter on the master bedroom and it was to be repaired the day we came but no one came at all that week. I suggest that you need to have that repaired ASAP as the sun greets you at 6AM every morning whether you are ready to get up or not. Lastly the chairs on the deck need replaced or repaired. One of the adults was sitting on the chair and the screws broke and they fell backwards. We were very fortunate that he was not injured. I think someone needs to replace or repair the chairs. Overall we had a very good time. The unit just needs a few issues repaired.

This was our first time staying at a Sanctuary property. Given the current staffing shortages plaguing all industries around the country, we were expecting the worst as far as housekeeping. We were pleasantly surprised to find the property was in good working order and clean. The oceanfront view is outstanding, it was nice being close the pool. The kitchen is well stocked. A few minor issues (loose kitchen faucet, dirty water dispenser in fridge door, wobbly toilet in primary bedroom, broken front door handle, loose and broken patio furniture). Some suggestions - Why is the wifi not password protected? All guests at the pool and actually on the beach are able to connect to the unit's open wifi which makes it incredibly slow and almost unusable. There was basically no cell phone service within the unit, not sure there is much of an easy fix for this. The key entry system was a nuisance with only two keys and several guests staying in the property. We often found ourselves standing outside the main door waiting for someone to let us in. Only one of the two keys worked on the storage locker. Would recommend investing in a punch code system on the doors that could be changed at the end of the week when new guests turnover. Each unit could have their own punchcode to get into the building and their respective units. Overall, very nice trip and we would probably stay in this property again in the future.
