1. missed the cancellation by 1 day and called & wrote in for help to cancel, but request was ignored for 2 weeks and rejected even if I was willing to pay a fee. 2. called to request for a spare key & was assured that 1 will be provided but until we left, no extra key was given 3. Noisy, poor sound proofing, can always hear footsteps & noises from the unit above, and around the courtyard. 4. bedroom right next to road, can hear loud talking & shouting at night 5. no light in the corridor area, where one has to climb the stairs to open the apartment door. 6. Apartment door does not close properly, poorly maintained 7. Door knob to building door was broken & left there, with an additional door knob that oddly turns clockwise to open (instead of anti-clockwise), making it difficult to open. 8. Only 1 toilet to be shared by many, inconvenient.

Nice location, Big apartment and everything working. It was really cool.

The contact with owner was only online. It should have a person there to answer some doubts, but it was not a problem.

It was in a great area and was easy to access the train station and food options.

The bathroom was underwhelming and was not up to date. Some of the furniture pieces were also broken and put back in place to “look nice.” Access to the codes for entering into the property was a huge hassle, but worked out in the end.

The apartment is in a good location. Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds. The kitchen has plenty of room.

Upon arrival, we noticed a few poorly cleaned places and contacted the owners about them. The mold in the seams of the shower was only partially cleaned. Kitchen sink should be fixed. The apartment could have more curtains and a microwave oven. The movement of the neighbors in the stairwell caused noise in the apartment, especially at night.

i have not received the check-in infomation in-time and i have called them to get the information on night 9pm and we got the apartment on the 4th floor with no lift and we have 5 childrens and 4 adults with luggage and no one is there to provide the info except phone and sometimes not able to reachable.

Good location within a walking distance to city centre, metro station and grocery store. Spacious apartment, big dining table, enough space for quite a big company (8 people). There was enough equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine and other. We found everything we needed for our stay. Good Wi-Fi.

The place was clean and spacious for a large group. The kitchen had plenty of cooking and serving ware. The location was close to the train station and food and drink places. Beds were comfortable and the location was fairly quiet at night. Great value for the money. Management was easy to work with - even though all remote.

The bathroom could use an update - the cabinet was beat up and the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom so water spilled on the floor. Would have appreciated a microwave and more basic cooking supplies so we didn't need to buy everything to cook.

Maybe could provide a few basic things for kitchen like salt pepper and Cooking oil.

Spotlights hanging by electrical wires from the ceiling. Hatch missing above the shower with electrical wires open. Entrance through a dirty back alley. Staircase also dirty. Door to staircase partly broken. Questionable neighborhood. No mirror in the bathroom. Water damaged bathroom interior. Apartment is allot more worn out than the pictures show.

Is a big and nice apartment. Good linens, nice towels. Big rooms and nicely decorated.

Bathroom very small, without shower curtain, without any cabinet, without mirror and the shower area need a deep cleaning process. They don’t provide basic stuff like salt, pepper, washing detergent and napkins. The entrance of the building is very dirty and without proper maintenance.
