Lovely period features, well decorated and good facilities, quiet area, parking etc.

Mattress a bit soft and bouncy for us but I’m sure others may prefer that

1. 2 bathrooms including a jaccuzi bath. 2. 2 big bedrooms 3 off rd so very quiet 4. good kitchen 5 good clean and decor modern 6 parking right ouside 7 space for clothing

1 WI-FI only worked 1 day out of 4!! which was not acceptable, couldn't watch smart TV or listen to the Alexa that was provided also had trouble keeping in touch with my daughter at home. Would be better if CD and games were left to compensate this annoying problem. 2 Rained a lot which showed the gutter above front door had a leak straight where you enter.

The location was nice and quiet. Everything you could ask for in the apartment . Beautifully decorated .Host left a lovely welcome basket . Went with my sister so two bathrooms was great. Host was very informative about local amenities .

If I had to say one thing I didn't like was the curtains weren't thick enough against the outside lighting .

Ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. Helpful recommendations from host for places to visit and eat. We especially liked Shambles restaurant in the town we were staying.

Very spacious well kitted out. Lovely comfortable beds.

Not instructions for using some of the equipment. Not everyone knows how to operate a halogen hob

The bath in the on suite was lovely So relaxing And the decor was also to a high standard Nice location

Suggestion would be to have sachets of salt/pepper and condiments, as like myself some people forget about them untill you cook and its not to hand and the shop is a drive away. On the whole I would recommend this stay to anyone it was tip top. Thank you Craig
