the staff were very friendly and engaging but I felt as though there was a bit of a personal disconnect from them as all communication was through WhatsApp, which is not a problem but it would have been great to see the person I was speaking to
some issues with the water but they were fixed. nuts that were given complimentary had been expired by 2 weeks

great location. plenty to do
have to pay an entrance fee to enter area as it's located on a natural reserve which I was unaware of. no cars allowed into area so renting a car is pretty useless. last 5 miles of trip is on unpaved road. still had a great time , I highly recommend visiting.

gorgeous room with a view overlooking the beach - we were even able to get private massages on our giant balcony! we loved being able to use the pool of the hotel as well or walking out to the beach when we wanted.
the kitchen didnt have a lot of basics (plus the coffee maker didnt work) and when i asked where we could buy things for breakfast nearby they told me to use ifood - what's the point of having a kitchen then? i understand the hotel breakfast wasn't included but it would have been nice to at least have coffee.

Amazing location, beach front, great view and right next to all restaurants and bars. Very clean. Good beds and strong airco. Good hostess with quick response to questions.
Shower was either cold or luke warm. Very noisy, especially in the weekend when parties go on to 3:00 in the night, making it impossible to sleep. Wifi disconnected regularly and if connected had a very low speed. My cellular network was faster and more stable. Missed a sofa in the living room. All in all it was not worth the high price.

That it was next to a better hotel.
The staff was horrible. Extremely rude and did not help. When we called the property manager she was even more rude than the on site staff. We asked for water to be stocked in the room and we were denied. Can’t even get the basic amenities at this place. Lots of bugs in the room as well as a dirty patio infested with ants. We had a friend staying in the hotel next door (1000x more hospitable) and we spent most of our time there.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The apartment was huge, it had a great view and if I ever come back to Jeri I will definitely stay over at this hotel again. The room we stayed was like a third party type of thing so very different from the other rooms that the hotel had.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the tv didn’t have ANYTHING in english like when I wanted to relax and watch some tv I couldn’t because the channels were all in Portuguese.
