location, pool, cleaning, breakfast… it is a very family friendly place to be. the staff were amazing

a lot of noise and the air conditioning didn’t work well, and it is very difficult to reach the reservation people to do any change, I had this communication problem before our arrival.

The breakfast is amazing, with great view of the beach. The pools are very clean and very beautiful. The hotel offers towels to go to the beach. The location of the hotel is great. The room is very clean.

I paid for the deluxe room with ocean view and the room was really small with a balcony but because of all the trees you could not see the ocean

Location and quietness of the room. AC was excellent and wow what the f@&$ shower. The best ever and I am shower sensitive and nothing beats a good shower. Hot and amazing pressure. It’s like fire hydrant. I will be back here

The location was amazing if you want to be in the heart of the action in Jeri - right on the beach and next to the Main Street center that comes alive at night. The overall design was gorgeous. We loved having two beautiful pool options, including a jacuzzi (though it was never warm). The courtyard leading to the beach was beautiful with flowering trees and giant iguanas! Our balcony had a lovely view of the main pool. There was also a cozy spot to sit and read. My favorite part was the hotel restaurant on the beach, where the abundant breakfast buffet was served each morning, including fresh hot coffee, tapioca orders, breads, cakes, deli meats, hot options, and plenty of fruit and juices. I’m the evening, you could order cocktails from the bar on your tab, and they were some of the best caipiroskas I had in Brazil. The room was a perfect size with a nice shower with great water pressure.

This place looks slightly more upscale/luxury in photos and description than it felt, but we were still very happy with our accommodations. Note that this is a family friendly hotel near the town center, so except some noise from kids playing in the pool throughout the day until 9pm and music coming from the streets until around 12pm. The staff could be a little slow to respond, but it wasn’t an issue for us - just part of the laid back atmosphere.

good but when it was raining a lot. all the rain came into the room and all the insectes too. i have to go to the front desk to ask to do something about the insectes.

This hotel ia totally run down and needs renovation. The only positive point is its location on the beach. Our room with balcony and sea view was miserable for its decoration. The noise and the smell from the terrace below is horrible. The whole hotel seems like a favela. Go somewhere else. Ridiculous price for the result. pictures are deceiving. lets not even talk ablut the pool. kids screaming everywhere. finaly be careful, this hotel NEVER replies to the phone

Hut tub in pool area didn't work...

The location is the best! In front of the beach, great amenities, right on the center of the village. I loved everything.

We had an incident where one of the employees called us at 10:30pm when we were both sleeping to ask us to come to the reception and paid for the other half of the stay. Like who does that? I asked if could wait until the next morning and they said no, so they come to the room. I just felt it was very disrespectful as no one should be called past 10pm, specially on vacation after a full day of tours. We were exhausted. That was really weird!

I’ve stayed twice there and the first one my room wasn’t made even knowing that the cleaning staff was in the room next to mine, asked the bill to be sent to me and after a month still didn’t get it. Second stay , I understand that did not have a reservation, went straight to the reception and was told there was a room , this was about 3 pm , what I wasn’t told was that I had to wait for an hour in order to get the room. Should have been told so I would have the right to choose. Asked when I left for the first bill and the second and 2 weeks later still don’t have . I believe the reception staff simply don’t care!! Not good enough! Must say never wrote a note like this, and honestly don’t like to do it. Have stayed in some places that wasn’t what I expected but kept it for myself… hopefully now I will get my bills as I have to claim it as I was there for work

I liked how close the hotel is to the beach, the staff is organized and friendly. The swimming pools are nice as well, great for pictures. The bed is very comfortable as well.

The people next door were smoking in the bathroom. At night whenever i went to shower it smelled like smoke. The tv was outdated, it's better to be out and about but they did not have satellite or have smart tv functions.
