Children upstairs were noisy in the morning and there are2 single steps in the unit

The location for me was great! The bed was comfortable & I loved the squishy soft pillows (firm were also available). Enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean & no smoking was allowed.

I was allergic to something there. An air purifier would be a great addition, plus a box of Kleenex.

It was clean and cute.

The kitchen breaker tripped and it took an hour to get the issue resolved. You could also hear children crying upstairs and people talking and walking around.

No hot water for showers for last 2 days, though hot water in both sinks. Children and adults were up & loud at 5-6 am, 3 of 4 days.

In a nice neighborhood in Ballard. The apartment was modern with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and kitchen. The nicest microwave and fridge I've ever seen in a rental. Very plush towels.

Since this is in the basement of a house and is completely sealed off from the upstairs, there is a little noise that filters in from the family that lives above but the owners thoughtfully supply a white noise machine that can be used to mask sound if necessary. We actually liked hearing some sounds. It made the place feel very homey and welcoming.

Clean, dog-friendly, and convenient parking.

This property is advertised as having air conditioning. This is not quite true as there is not an on/off control of the ventilation in the studio Ballard Bliss. It seems the owners must turn ON the air conditioning. I had to sweat through a couple of nights and call Vacasa to get the air conditioning turned on.
