Chair on the balcony had a damaged leg but none of our snags caused us any issues and we were able to enjoy ourselves in between games.

The condo was very nice. A little expensive. We had a great time. Could have been cleaner. We had to wait for them to get done it was after the 4 check in. They were very young. Over all it was a nice place.

Some vents needed cleaning and notified them, immediately issue was resolved. Wonderful layout of rooms and side porch. Beds were comfortable and appreciated that each room had its own shower and toilet.

Overall beautiful property. Floor plan was great. Loved the updated appliances and detailed decorating. Plenty of seating for large group inside. Patio needs more seating. Cons: Ice maker did not work, Left Master Bedroom curtains were off of track on arrival (used a clip to close them at night), Needs better instructions for various TV's and which remote should be used on each TV., and 9 AM check out is too early. We had a problem because we packed 1/2 the car the night before and next morning could not find keys. It took us an hour to find them. Which caused us an hour later than we wanted. House keepers were fine with that because they had another unit to clean. They need to add to the website that they have some beach toys (boogie boards) and chairs. We would highly recommend this unit and the property!

Loved the layout of condo and overall experience. A few appliances were needed that were not stocked: normal coffee maker, blender, crock pot. Also needs a spring cleaning, lots of dust bunnies under beds and furniture. Other than that we loved the condo!

We spent the first few days discovering more and more unsanitary conditions. (Toe nails in the living room floor, sand throughout the condo, dishwasher was full upon arrival, showers had black mold, etc) I contacted management company and have still not received appropriate response. I will attach pictures and a video on other reviews so people can see how unacceptable it was.

This condo is perfect for our large family. It has plenty of room and is in a perfect location to all the eating places. Beach and pool area is also wonderful!! We hope to return again next year to this same place.

I have been going to Panama City Beach for many years always rent a condo This was the best 1 I have stayed Beds great, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful location, no problems with elevators, grounds were kept spotless Only issue was ice maker did not work and kitchen faucet loose which did not bother us at all.

We did have a few issues with things not working properly (lights in one bedroom, ice maker, and one curtain was messed up) but nothing major. The only real complaint was that housekeeping walked in and tried to tell us we had to leave a day early. She was very rude and didn't offer an apology when we told her she was wrong. I did call the main office and they were very apologetic, however I'm not sure what was done to resolve the issue. Location was absolutely perfect and convenient to many local places.

The condo itself was awesome! Spacious. Beautiful views. The resort was too strict on rules though. You can’t even have snacks of any kind at the pool even if it’s away from the pool itself. I also was not able to use my little hammock float. “Noodles” only.

My family stayed a week at this property and the photos truly don’t do the condo justice. The unit had a lovely layout and most everything we needed. The bunk bed space in the closet area actually seemed a little larger than the photo too. The view was outstanding. It was so nice to walk in with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful beach. The location and activities nearby were also good. Beach access was simple once we had the correct code and it was very convenient. We brought our own chairs but you can also rent chairs on the beach. The grill was also nice to have downstairs and was gas, so no need to bring charcoal. We had a few maintenance issues but management was quick to respond within 24 hours. It would have been nice to have a few basics like kleenex, more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, pizza cutter, and more garbage bags. We did feel like we needed to have all of that on hand. My kids said the beds (twin and full) were a little squeaky- meaning every time they moved at night it made noise, which was somewhat annoying. The only thing to beware of in this whole building is that if you are a light sleeper and are in the bedroom with the balcony, on a windy day, all of the railing on the entire building vibrates making a lot of noise. We only had 2 days on our trip in which it was that windy - but it was really hard for us to sleep through the constant vibration.

The condo has a nice view and is very spacious, however it was very dirty upon check in. Food crumbs and wrappers in every room. Dirty clothing and diapers under the bed. EMCD was not helpful at all and the property manager has been unresponsive to the issue despite several pictures being sent. I wouldn’t risk staying here due to the y professionalism and the lack of cleanliness.

Someone needs to know that this place DOES NOT get cleaned. What a shame because it is a nice info in a nice area.

My family and I had a great time staying here on our vacation. The location is great and somewhat away from the hustle of pier park so that was nice. The room is spacious and the view is gorgeous. My only somewhat negative take away was the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning fee for the room rental is not bad but still too much for the quality of work the cleaning crew provided. Emerald Coast Destinations was great w/ communication before the trip and helped with checkin when we needed assistance. We hope to make many more memories at that property for years to come.

Overall we loved it!!! We did have a bit of trouble with the air conditioning working in one bedroom but hopefully they will get it fixed. They did come look at it. Very roomy!!! It also has a heated pool which was great!! Nice hot tub as well!! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location..very spacious..we had 14 people and we never felt crowded..Loved the fact all bedrooms had their own bathroom..Would have been beneficial to supply dish soap..trash bags..hand soap and toilet paper..I felt we had to purchase all those items ..Property was beautiful and well kept..and the maintenance people and owners were all extremely friendly

The property was beautiful. Had an issue with a/c in one bedroom, called, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue. Would definitely come again!

Great. Everyone loved the condo! It’s huge for a rental. There are a few minor maintenance items that need to be done, but overall, it was very nice!

Only issues were we couldn’t get WiFi working and one of bathrooms was slow to drain. As far as condo, it was great and location was great. Condo was clean and very spacious. We had 7 kids under 8 and 4 adults with plenty of space. Pool and theater at condo were also nice!

The condo was spacious and decorated great. Great location. Kids loved the pool. Fitness facility had really outdated treadmills, but was never busy. One complain would be the cleanliness. There was almonds and other food items/dirt under the beds- like alot! There was also mold in all of the showers. For the price of the cleaning fee I would expect this to be top notch.

Overall it was great. We plan to come back. Master suite by balcony gets very warm. Needs more vents as fan is not very efficient.

The condo is beautiful! It's spacious and I loved all the turtle pictures. I can't say anything bad about the condo. The pool and hot tub are cleaned every morning. They are very nice.The price we paid was reasonable. They do allow service animals,just be sure to let them know. Now about the parking passes,be sure you put them on all your vehicles,even motorcycles. They will give you a couple notices before they tow your vehicle. Extra parking passes are $21 each. The staff were kind of rude. The stay was a good experience overall. Beautiful condo!
