We had a wonderful time at this property in Poipu. It was close to the beach and had a pool just a few steps away. But our favorite things were the extras such as the ukuleles all over the house, or the fun lanai they have created. We also really appreciated the air conditioning in the master bedroom. We had everything needed for our cooking needs as well. We did have a couple issues arise, but the owner was very communicative with us and tried to solve the issue as quickly as possible. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and appreciate the attention to details that the owners have put in this home. It was a wonderful trip for us!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Poipu Kai. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a 5-minute walk to Poipu Beach park as well as being close to restaurants and shops. Watching the Tortoises come up on the beach every evening was amazing to see.
The host had great communication. If I reached out with any questions, he was quick to respond. If/when we ever return to Kauai we would definitely look into staying here again.

Myself, my wife and our daughter (8 years old) stayed here for 5 nights in late October 2023.
The weather was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the nearby pools and generally relaxing in the beautiful place that is Kauai.
The location was within a few minute's drive of anything you could really ask for including scenic tours, beautiful gardens, great cafes and restaurants, plenty of clothing and homewares stores, and even general stores with quality locally sourced food and sundries.
Most of all this condo just felt like home to us for those 5 nights. It is lovingly decorated and well-maintained. We must have looked at about 40 different properties in the area before settling on this one and we were not disappointed!

We could not have asked for a better place to call home while in Kauai. Aptly located and easy to get to beaches, hikes, diving, view points and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had tons of gadgets- we cooked most nights. Having surf boards and beach chairs was so incredibly nice. The host was so easy to communication with and made sure the stay was perfect. 10/10 would come back.

Fantastic property! Fit our needs perfectly. Lots of extremely convenient amenities. Spacious, clean and super accommodating host. Very close to the pool/jacuzzi and beach. We had a wonderful time! Hope to be back soon!

Lucas's place is perfect for family trip. Plenty of space and less than 5 minutes walk to 2 great beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things one would need. All the beach gears like chairs, cooler, snorkeling gears along with hiking sticks were available.

This condo is great for groups as well as kids, and the complex is beautiful with multiple pools. High ceilings make the condo really spacious and all the basic necessities are provided in the unit, plus additional items like beach chairs, floaties, and beach towels. Lucas was a really great host and made communication easy. It does get a bit hot in the unit, but leaving the doors/windows open helps a lot and there's at least one fan in every room to help stay cool.

We loved the personalized touches of this home, you can tell Lucas and his family have put a lot of time, effort, and love into making it a comfortable and inviting place. Our little family (2 adults, 3 kids 4-9yo) had plenty of room to spread out. Our youngest spent the first hour walking around saying "I love this home". The location was very convenient with a pool just steps away and Poipu beach about a 5 minute walk or less away. They had all the beach gear you would need and a handy wagon to help cart it around. Lucas was very communicative, understanding, and quick to respond. The condo association was in the process of power washing/painting the building while we were there. Lucas was great at letting us know when he'd have helpers over to address the lanais, usually we were able to be out and about when they were over, however, there was one morning that we were still around, his team was very nice, professional, and efficient. He was incredibly accommodating with check in/out. We really appreciate everything he did for our family, it really helped turn a quick trip into a true vacation!

This condo has everything you would want. W/D, stocked kitchen with slow-cooker, coffee maker, etc. Beds are very comfy as well as family room furniture. Great to see some kids toys too. There was a nice welcome gift for us to take. The host was quick to reply. We would highly recommend this condo. If we make it back to the island we will rent it again. Thx very much.

Fantastic property and amazing value! The unit was spotless and tastefully updated. Towels, toiletries and amenities were plenty! We really appreciate the use of the cooler box during our summer travels around Kauai. Lucas was extremely helpful and responsive the whole time. Highly recommend!

They left a sweet welcome gift and were so thorough and thoughtful in all of the preparations. And their prices (for renting and other fees) was the best we found for the entire area! I cannot recommend this place and these people highly enough. If you’re considering staying here, look no further and pull the trigger before someone else gets it!! ☺️
