This villa was very close to the beach and the town centre, so we loved that part as it was perfect for our morning walks

1. Really bad internet. The owner said it was due to strong winds on day one but it was for the entire stay so we barely could do anything with that internet and had to use our own data which meant more cost for us 2. Lack of privacy - there was a villa to the right side and we literally could see each other all the time and have conversation. We had a vacation without our children so wanted some peace but then a family arrived to that villa and our peace was over. Those two pools are literally next to each other without much barrier in between. 3. Because there is a fence all around villa it gives impression of safety but then the pool area is open so pretty much anyone could jump over and if you leave doors open to the living room - they could go in whilst you are travelling around. That didn’t make us feel very safe 4. The pool is extremely small, you can’t swim in it as there is no length - it is mainly for sitting in it which is boring 5. Cleaners threw away stuff despite we left a note not to touch some items. Very disappointed as note was there clearly indicating NOT TO TOUCH those specific things. They threw away that note, too. Totally ridiculous, have never seen anything like that.

Absolutely amazing Villa ! We stayed for a week with two kids ! We loved our stay, they are very well equipped from cooking devices to washing machine, etc - everything you need. Every morning a guy comes to clean your pool and cleaning ladies every 3 days. Very close to beach, supermarket, restaurants... We requested earlier check in and check out which was not a problem. Tonia was so friendly and helpful, thank you, one week was not long enough!

There was nothing I could dislike.

The villa has high quality finishing, furniture and decoration, it feels luxury and provides everything you need. Owners were around and super helpful, while also very discrete. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. We stayed in villa no 3 with 3 bedrooms and it was perfect size for us. The bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms are stunning. Change of towels and extra towels for pool was also a big plus. Location is a bit uphill when coming from the beach and has partial sea view (from balcony on upper floor)

Perfectly located for the beach, supermarkets, and everything in Plakias, loads of great restaurants and even some decent bars all pretty much within a 15 minute walk and even less to the beach.

It's not signed up very well and the taxi drivers can't find it, the immediate surrounding area is still under development with no path or road so you have to walk up / down a muddy banking to get to the route down to Plakias and at night isn't lit but that doesn't spoil anything really.
