Location excellent, house very cosy, and met all our needs. Nice welcome pack on arrival.

Had trouble getting in as wrong key code given, but sorted relatively quickly.

Comfy, very clean. Close to beach. Very comfortable beds.

Location was excellent. Comfortable space for six of us.

The Aga wasn’t a problem to me because I own one but can see it wouldn’t be good for anyone with no knowledge. The other oven couldn’t be used as we couldn’t find any instructions. Also we were a group of 6 ladies but there were only 3 wine glasses. Think the light bulbs need to be checked in the bathrooms. Obviously these are special ones as they need to be waterproof rated.

The location of the property was excellent - very very close to the beach and around the corner to cafes and coffee shops. The accommodation was very clean, tidy with bedding and towels for 8 people. The property has 4 good size bedrooms over the two upper floors, each with double beds. The kitchen (ground floor) had an excellent supply of crockery, glasses and cutlery for up to 8 people.

We had to get used to the AGA cooker (which we did), and this meant the property was very hot (on all 3 floors) when we arrived - but this is understandable! Parking the car was a challenge, but it was early August and peak summer holiday, so a 5 minute walk wasn't really a hardship!

Location & facilities, having 4 double rooms 3 with bathrooms was spot on for my family Host very helpful got us a new high chair within hours as was missing

Parking outside property long term not possible, expect to be 5 minutes away from property after you've unloaded Drains a bit smelly outside early morning only
