The price

Nothing.

The flat was situated in a council block on a very large housing estate with very limited parking. There was rubbish bags outside the flat adjacant to ours. Dog poo bags were outside the main entrance with more under the hedge and torn open rubbish bags along the side of the building There could have been more amenities for four people in the flat i.e bigger dinner table with four chairs and an additional sofa.

The flat was clean and recently refurbished.

This is a poor location for people with vans and valuable equipment. Unfortunately this isn't an apartment but a flat located 2nd floor up in a council block of flats. Free parking is only because we pay vehicle tax.

Very well appointed and modern. the apartment is also spacious.

Did not have WiFi

The location was perfect for my needs.

There was not a plug for the bath so was only able to use the shower.
