Cet appartement en copropriété avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Largo est la solution parfaite pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Les amoureux de la nature et du grand air seront ravis de loger à 2 minutes en voiture de Plage de St. Petersburg-Clearwater et à 3 minutes de Plage de Belleair Beach. Laissez-vous porter par vos pieds pour une balade de 13 minutes jusqu'à Parc aquatique Splash Harbour, et si vous souhaitez prendre la voiture, le trajet ne dure que 4 minutes jusqu'à Pinellas Trail.

This is and we had a wonderful time. The distance to the beach may be too much for some, but for us it was great for getting our exercise walking to the beach and also to restaurants. The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We hope to see you next year

As a single occupant I found this 2 bedroom unit to be spacious comfortable and well maintained.The complex has great amenities available (pickleball,tennis, big outdoor pool). Only downside was it's north facing balcony that got no sunshine.

Great location, beach walkable over the bridge. Complex has tennis courts and two beautiful pools. Rental unit up-to-date and equipped with everything needed.

Very spacious and clean. Everything you need for a great stay. About half a mile to the beach and several places to dine. The patio did face a busy road but you could not hear any traffic when the slider was closed. Grocery stores were also conveniently close. Would recommend and would stay there again.

we really enjoyed our stay at Colony spring unit 213, a condo well located and in the heart of the beaches and Gulf Boulevard. Everything was functional and very clean, Taylor's assistance when required was immediate and flawless. not to recommend this condo.Only inconvenience for us the swimming pool was not heatedGiovanni and friends
