Nice and quiet location as it was located away from the beach and main restaurants. Still plenty of traditional bars and restaurants around, including a couple of cafes for breakfast.

The 3 flights of stairs to reach the room was an unwelcome surprise. Lack of privacy between bathroom and bedroom. The lack of a booking in process (accessibility of keys from a box communicated via WhatsApp).

the air conditioning worked

no staff at the property: very noisy neighbours couldn’t be controlled. poor cleanliness standards: sheets/towels were smelly; the floor dirty; by policy cleaning (quite superficial anyway) is done once only for those who stay longer than a week. extremely expensive for what was offered. there was no TV in the room, no bath mat in the bathroom, no furniture on the balcony, 1 plastic chair in the room; 2 hangers in the wardrobe; 1 set of mini toiletries for 2 people staying 8 days.

nice new apartment which is about 200m from tram and 750 m from beach near super market 300m

attention to detail needs tile edging strips to finish off around bathroom door and above door and no fan in bathroom no table or chairs for balcony [ but rectified quickly} could do with tv as sockets and ariels in place
