Cleanliness was a big issue. The first apartment (#3) that I was placed in had a STRONG smell of urine. Where I was moved to (apt #2) was better, but still musty. It also had other issues like cigarette butts on the ground and furniture that was disintegrating.

I like the quietness of the area and the openness of the apartment. It's easy to access and the staff is very helpful if needed. The apartment had the kitchen accessories we didn't have on hand and the fridge has so much space. The place is clean and comfortable.

No breakfast available. This is an apt, not a hotel so no food service was available.

The beds are in dire need of replacement. The mattress in both beds were thin and uncomfortable. The method to enter the room is not user friendly. A better instruction needs to be provided since there is no onsite person to assist.
