Het ontbijt was goed, maar iedere dag hetzelfde, graag wat meer keuze!

Close to the sea

I reserved a sea view apartament but even in front of the sea the terrace ( restaurant Terrace) was in the view. On top, the room was placed next to the restaurant, every morning the noise waked us up around 6.30 am. Very basic and repetitive breakfast , not kids friendly at all ( no fruits or yogurts)

Modern, very nice and very clean apartment in front of the beach. Location is very good. Day before arrival, we got all the instruction (direction to the place, site seeing around the island, eating...) from Spyros by the email, which was really nice touch.

Breakfast was quite bad (every day the same, but this didn't bother us that much) - it was strange, that we get the egg, but we never got the bread - we had to ask for it every day, and the guy who served the breakfast, was obviously not happy with our request. Also we were not satisfied with the attitude of the guy who accepted us in the apartment. He was quite rude and a smile is a mission impossible for him. The same guy served the breakfast everyday and his attitude was the same all days, quite rude.

Loved this property nice quiet area on the laganas beach front amazing views , staff are the best especially Dennis he was super helpful he works so hard to please everyone thank you . The accommodation is absolutely spotless , I am a booking.com host myself and I couldn’t fault the accommodation in anyway . Loved the powerful shower in particular ! Boats and pedalo to rent right in front of the property . This apartment has the most amazing snack bar downstairs where we had breakfast and ate most lunchtimes it was the best priced on the beachfront food absolutely superb , we had sun loungers reserved for us in the morning and drinks brought to the loungers whenever we wanted them . Pure heaven would return here again absolutely perfect .

Nothing everything was perfection

The owners stayed up late in order to help us check-in as we took a late ferry to get to Zakynthos. The location is directly on the beach and they have a few long chairs that you can use, so it is perfect if you are planning on enjoying the sun and the sea. There is no parking on-place per say other than a paid one, but the nearby streets have quite a few available spots where you can park you cars if you end up renting one. The rooms are quite new and well renovated / organized. The bed was super comfy which was really nice after a long day exploring the island.

Included breakfast is a nice bonus, but as others have already mentioned it is the same every day so you end up staying for a longer amount of time, you might want to eat somewhere else after a few days. The motion activated lights in the bathroom was a bit of a pet peeve for us as the timer was just way too short, about 5 seconds. You would often find yourself in the dark while taking your shower, using the toilet, or preparing yourself.

the location is right by the sea. I recommend a room on the 1st floor. daily room cleaning.
