We had lots of trouble trying to work out how to lock the door and on one occasion getting in to the building, waiting half an hour for a resident to enter and followed in. Both locks rely on phone signal and server. We phoned and messaged our host on the number we were given who did not reply. Door staff did not work weekends.

1. There is no information on booking and also you didn't write in letters that, the apartment building is under construction! Everyday we breath that dust 24/7 even in the room inside. 2. The door open/close was terrifying, the application that you provide is not working properly, and sometimes we've been outside for a 30-40 minutes. 3. The building entrance, the main door directly is a location where three-four bums are leaving every night, mostly in drunk condition. It was impossible to cross the door without conflict with them. Can't explain also the smell of their excrements. 4. Aggressive owner

This maybe a luxury location, but is not a luxury apartment. It has a portable ac that needs the water to be emptied every 5 hours. no amenities other than the very basics, no coffee etc.
