Location was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. Great private pool and a very nice hot tub for the cool nights. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a good size, kitchen was well stocked to do some cooking, living room was well set up and dining area was good. Pool and backyard were great, though the water was still a bit cold for this time of year.

Water pressure could be better in the showers and sinks. The property shows wear and tear but nothing that really takes away from the functionality of things.

Very nice pool home, very private, quiet, secluded, and in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub every night during our stay since the pool water was a bit fresh since we're still in January. We had a BBQ on the pool side, and we really enjoyed the large backyard. We also enjoyed the big living room fireplace at night time. Very convenient location, just a 20-minute drive from Gainesville Airport and 35 mins from Orange Park, Jacksonville. We felt like at home. The housekeeper was great and always ready for our extra needs🙂

Large area for large family. Nice location along with a beautiful lake and large in ground pool. Very spacious and quiet.

For it to be a pool home no access to laundry facilities would have to go to local laundromat but you would need to purchase a card to use facilities.

I like that I felt at home. We all loved the pool and privacy. It was close to our family in FL. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We had a cookout with family, and we had plenty of room.Spoiled my kids with all the great streaming. I think it was a great price for the place. We all had a great time and hope to rent it again when we come back down. I thought it was perfect! This was the BEST place we stayed in Florida that includes our time at a condo on the beach. Next time it I will only stay there. Thank you!

I didn't like leaving. I dont believe there was anything that we didn't like. It was a great place.The last day I had to buy a roll of toilet paper could have used 1 extra roll in the master. More plastic for kids 😃 I was so nervous they would break bowls or plates. We all had a great time. It was awesome! Thank you!

If you want to stay in the Gainesville area this is a great choice. We were in town for a wedding and this home fit our needs perfectly. There is ample room for visiting inside the home and around the pool outside. The home is situated in a neighborhood setting, but the yard backyard is surrounded by tall privacy fence. The street and neighborhood is very quiet, but if you’re looking for a scenic view this is not your place. The pool is nice size and well maintained. There is also a two person hot tub. Beware that it takes about a day to come up to temperature if it is turned off. The back yard is quite large. The inside is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The AC works well and there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

I would give the furnishings an overall 3 rating. Everything is serviceable but dated and not first quality when new. The outside furniture is spartan. If you want to sit around the pool, you are left with folding chairs. The dishes and silverware are mismatched. The inside décor is all clean but dated.

A great spacious, quiet, and very private pool home where to spend time with family and friends. We will do it again soon.
