Location

We went 2 days without a/c. Reached out to see about getting it looked at and they told us they would reach pit to the local operators team. Never heard from them. Reached out a few more times and still no response. We ended up having to fix it our self. And went over 2 days without a/c. We traveled with kids, one of which has asthma and it was brutal. When we arrived there was still trash left behind from the previous guests and dog poop. Such a waste of money. And no compensation of any kind was offered.

The location was perfect. Beach front and the view was beautiful. The house met our needs for a group of five. We were able to have breakfast and lunch at the house then go out for dinners in the evening.

The management answered us right away that they would take care of issues we encountered but did not address them until the 3rd day (we were only there 4). There was broken outdoor furniture. The pool was dirty, the bathtub clogged, and there was only 3 showering towels for 5 people. If our issues were addressed sooner rather than 3 days later, we would have given the property a stellar review as we know things happen in rental units.
