This is a great property. It's within walking distance of downtown and a park/playground. Kitchen is nicely equipped and we had a wonderful family Thanksgiving at the house.

We visited this location for a wedding and had the most wonderful time at this location. We were able to gather as a family in this large and open home. The setup is perfect for large families. Communication with the owners was also easy and prompt. The home is perfectly equipped as well. Thanks for making this a special vacation for us.

The location was perfect!! Walking distance to downtown Woodstock. The decor and backyard were amazing!! The kitchen and space in the bedrooms were great. The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was great for eating and games. We would stay again! The only note is if you are sensitive to Air Fresheners/Scent Packets it will be difficult. We opened the windows and the weather was beautiful. There were NO "bad smells" we are just allergic to the freshener & scent packets. We didn't ask about this beforehand. So the owners didn't know if was an issue for us.

Excellent property. Very clean and up-to-date. User-friendly. Beds were firm and comfortable. Centrally located to our needs.

Property was as described; very spacious for our group of 7. Clean, good mattresses, kids enjoyed the playroom. Pictures are very accurate

From day one the communication with Cynthia was easy and efficient! The property was beyond our expectations and the pictures don't even do it justice. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. We even meant the neighbors and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. It's hard to find a great experience with host, location and fees now a days with these things. I have stayed in many VRBO's and BNB's and this was without question one of the best we've had! In regards to the town, Woodstock is amazing. We walked around town and visited the local bookstore, ate at Rootstock (Great whiskey and bourbon), and took a great walk with our dogs at the trails at Woofstock, a dog park with trails that go through beautiful neighborhoods and right to downtown Main St. We are also big fans of nearby cities like Talking Rock and Jasper so we took a trip to Fainting Goat Whinery and strongly recommend going there. We were in town to visit our eldest son that moved to Buckhead which was just 30 minutes away so as you can see the location is amazing for just about anything you want to do in Georgia! We were in Woodstock to attend a wedding of dear friends. Location of the home was ideal, and it was the perfect size for our group (two couples). Property was clean and well cared for. Outdoor deck was amazing. Highly recommend.

Impeccable, warm , extremely large home with tons of amenities to include a large kitchen with cozy living room , gorgeous spacious bedrooms , a huge backyard with sitting open porch and couches , fire pit and also a closed in game room porch area. Loved the whole ambience. I would 💯 recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again .

This is a wonderful house with all the kitchen equipment needed to cook a family meal. The layout of the house enabled us to easily have space for all our adults and a dog too. Love the two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The back yard is huge and private. Thank you Cynthia for being so responsive and helpful!

Our family enjoyed staying at this home. Can’t beat the location and it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great experience. The house was very clean and looked like the online pictures. We could walk to town less then mile which had great restaurants and shops. Downtown Woodstock was a very cute town. We were in town for baseball tournament at Lake Point. We had no problem going back and forth.
