Avec ses nombreuses activités sur place (kayak, équipement pour activités nautiques et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Lac Hartwell n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez donc laisser votre voiture au parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 24 minutes jusqu'à Forêt nationale de Chattahoochee.
Cette maison de vacances de 186 m² vous invite à la détente avec un bain à remous, du mobilier d'extérieur et une terrasse privée où se retrouver autour d'un verre. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, initiez-vous au babyfoot et au billard, ou profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite et chaîne hi-fi.

The property was exactly what we needed to get our family together for an extended weekend. We enjoyed water activities by the lake at the dock. We grilled steaks and played games at the dining room table. We are already planning our next visit!

Loved all the extra amenities!! 4 canoes, Lilly pad, fire pit, hot tub, life jackets, pool/air hockey table, checkers table, corn hole, etc, etc. More than enough sleeping space! Swings on screened in porch & on pier…loved them!!! Gas &:or charcoal grill. Full kitchen. I brought my own paper products for bath, kitchen. Way more than enough parking in the driveway…it looked like a used parking lot with all our cars,lol!! Great communication with owners. We had a great time! Lot’s of memories made!! It’s on our favorites list!!! We’ll be back!!

We had the best time. The property is beautiful, and it had so much room. There was 11 of us and the entire family loved the dock. My youngest grandchildren, 5 year old twins. fished for the first time at the dock and caught a fish within minutes. They were so happy and excited. We rented a boat one day but the rest of the time was spent at the house. There was so much to do there we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The owners were very helpful and worked with us on check in and check out times which we appreciated so much. We loved the property and hope to go back again next year. They really did think of everything that you need and went the extra mile to make it enjoyable for all ages. The game room was a huge hit. Our grand kids are ages 5-11 and there was something for all of them to do. The Kayaks and dock was a favorite for the grown kids. The old folks ( me and grandpa) loved the screened in porch and the dock, and watching the sunset. Everyone enjoyed swimming at the dock. We had no complaints about anything other than the time went by too fast.

I just can’t say enough about this place. Young at Hart Is a great description. My family friends and I had an amazing time. The house was just magical and surrounded by woods. It felt like we were the only ones there, even though there were neighbors close by.. The front porch So relaxing, and plenty of room for everybody to sit comfortably. The fire pit felt like something out of a movie. It was adorable. The hot tub was a huge hit.. my daughters granddaughters and I spent time in the hot tub way past midnight making memories having conversations that go beyond just having a good soak. The dock was great. The water didn’t have any trees or yucky stuff in it. It was just great for the teens to swim in and float around on floats, and the kayaks got used a lot and were a big hit. The beds were soooo comfortable and the AC was great to cool off in coming off the dock after a hot day. The short walk down to the dock best feature on this home, just right. Not strenuous at all. My family friends created memories here that will last us a lifetime. Thank you for being such amazing host and checking in with us the whole entire trip but above all thanks for leaving us to our private time and giving us space to enjoy your trip. A hidden gem of a place. We enjoyed ourselves so much and the place is decorated thoughtfully and welcoming. Owners were very communicative and professional. After 9pm we were still outside hanging out around the fire pit with music playing pretty low. The neighbors are very sensitive to outside noise and complained to the owners, but the owners handled the situation very amicably and had already previously communicated that 9pm is the start of quiet hours. The situation did not at all sway me from a 5 star review because everything was clearly communicated beforehand and the owners handled the situation very well. I would book here again without hesitation.

We traveled to the beautiful home from just outside of Charlotte. We originally had planned an additional change but when something came up with our son’s schedule the hosts were flexible and helped make our stay work. The house was clean, perfect size for everyone to hang out and have fun together or have privacy in their own space. There were plenty of toys with a covered porch, swings and a fire pit. Would definitely go back

Our family of two adults and three teens had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the communication with the host was exceptional. Although the water was still cold, we jumped in a bit and there were plenty of other things to keep us occupied. The hot tub, fire pit and game room provided enough variety for everyone. We rented a pontoon from C&E rental, and that was also a very positive experience.

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving week staying at this beautiful house! It has everything you need, it is very well organized and perfect for families with kids. The playroom and fire pit were our kid’s favorite! We also really enjoyed the kayaks and the lake. Kelly and Kimberly were amazing hosts providing all the necessary information before we got there and also very responsive with anything we needed! Highly recommend this place!!

Traveling for a family wedding our group was grandparents parents and kids.
It was a beautiful setting. The home was very comfort for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey table, fire pit and the lake.

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location. The house itself is wonderful, with a perfect game room (air hockey, pool, foosball, Cracker Barrel-style checkers). The bedrooms are great. The hot tub, kayaks, and dock are fantastic. We spent the afternoon in early November in the water. 10/10

Honestly the property was very nice and in a quiet area. The teens loved that they could go out in the lake and I could watch them from the porch or dock. It was smaller than I expected but still very cute and great for what we were wanting. The only complaint I had was it didn’t seem as though it had been cleaned by whom ever the owners had come clean it. That was a little stressful having a 1 year old wanting to get on the floor right away. So we cleaned it when we arrived. The owners were very apologetic and always answered quickly when I reached out to them. Other than that everything else was great.

We absolutely loved our 10 days at Young @ Hart! The owners were really wonderful to work with, and always responded immediately to any questions we had. The house is located in a quiet part of the lake with a wonderful open cove that is perfect for swimming and kayaking. The swim mat that is provided is always a favorite with the kids and adults! Our family loved spending mornings on the screened in porch with our coffee, and evenings on the dock with cocktails watching the sunset. If you rent a lot of houses, you will especially appreciate all the thought and small touches that these owners put into the house (labels on light switches, multi-cord charging stations in each bedroom, an AMAZING information packet that tells you exactly what is at the house prior to arriving, PLENTY of lifejackets in every size possible, etc). We would definitely rent this house again!

We had a great week at Young@Hart. Adults, teens and a three year old all had the best time. The teens kayaked for hours and played lots of pool and air hockey. My granddaughter couldn’t get enough of the water and the lily pad. We all enjoyed the fire pit, fishing, swimming, meals and morning coffee on the screened porch and spending time together. There is something for everyone and lots of great amenities. This lake house is so nice and comfortable and the dock is amazing!

We spent 3 days/2 nights here and wish we would have booked longer. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house had the perfect set up for our group! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, around the fire pit outside and on the dock swimming and fishing.
The property manager was super responsive!
Cell service was spotty as warned. I have Verizon and had the best reception around the fire pit.
The only thing I noticed missing were kitchen towels but other than that, everything was perfect! We can’t wait to book next year!

The house was great. There was plenty of room for our family of ten; all the king beds were comfortable, and the children loved the bunk room downstairs. The lights on the dock and fire pit were pretty, and the screened in porch was a great place for coffee in the morning. We had fun on the lily pad and kayaking, and the dock was perfect for our boat,

Nice dock with jet ski docks, kayaks, lily pad, and swing. The kids spent time everyday at the dock and had a blast. Cove is quiet and doesnt get crazy wakes. House was cozy and the beds were great. We slept great (which is unusual for us when we go on trips). Hot tub was very nice to have and the backyard was great for our smores at the fire pit. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This property suited our family which included 7 adults and 4 children ages 8 months to 11 years old. We had our own kayaks and paddleboard but their 3 kayaks plus the Lily Pad were a huge hit with everyone. We loved the proximity of the dock to the property along with the swing and Wi-Fi on the dock.
Communication between the owners was very quick and literally within minutes of sending an email. There was a minor issue with the toilet and they came out to fix it without any issues.
We highly recommend a stay at Young@Hart and are planning our return for next year!

Young@Hart was one of our favorite stays by far. Short walk to the Dock with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing trip. The basement was a hit for the girls they loved the games and having the Bunk area and bottom floor to themselves. The Upstairs had everything we needed as well. pots, pans, big fridge, and a large pantry for storage. My favorite was nighttime hanging by the firepit with the cafe lights above. the little touches were great. Thank you again for a memoriable weekend with our team. :)

Great stay on lake Hartwell plenty of room and beds whole vacation on the property hot tub was great lilly pad and kyaks are a must.. gameroom is perfect to occupy time and spend quality time with friends and family check in was a breeze. Neighbors are really close i was more worried about my crew being a lil noisey (especially kids) because everybody around is so quite except the dog that comes out in the fenced in back yard next door. Caught a catfish right off the dock and the life jackets definitely came in hand. Steep stairs to get to the top level and full kitchen area but other than that perfect vacation spot right on the lake in a perfect house

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Relaxed on the lake, kayaked, swam and rented a pontoon. Played games in the wonderful game room and had fun in the sauna by the fire pit. Truly a great experience!!

My sister mixed up the dates and showed up a day early and the owner graciously allowed us to add another day to our stay with no problem. She was incredibly quick to respond any time that we needed to reach out to her. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from toddler to teenager. We loved that the older kids had their own space down stairs and there was so much to do to keep them busy. It was colder than we expected it to be, so we did not utilize the kayaks or lily pad but that would have been so great! It was every bit of the relaxing vacation that we needed!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts communicated regularly. We didn’t have a single issue, but they were proactive about checking in on us and sought to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We loved the fire pit in the backyard and even took the kayaks out on the cold lake! The kids especially enjoyed the game room and bunk beds in the basement.. a perfect retreat for them. This is a beautiful home , location was very far from town but it was very nice to be right on the lake . The home was very clean and the game room was fun for the teens and the hot tub was so relaxing . We only wished there were more throw blankets around for snuggling for movie nights, for the rooms get chilly when the sun went down . this home was beautiful we will be back !😎

It was comfortable and spacious to just stay inside all weekend because of the unusual cold front that effected many states during the holiday weekend. We had movie nights and game nights that created opportunities for fun and laughter. Great space for family & friends!!
