The location is peaceful, the property is immaculate, looks brand new. We had the downstairs room & it was beautifully decorated with all amenities one could want. The bed is so comfortable, the shower delightful! Breakfast was better than any restaurant brunch with such a beautiful presentation. Eva, the proprietor, was so communicative & accommodating before & when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Warwick area.

As an older couple, there were a lot of stairs for us, but the proprietor allowed us to use a garage entrance, which was so appreciated!

Beautiful house located by Greenwood lake and close to many hiking and skiing locations. The host Eva is super nice and the brekfast she makes is a dream!

The property is beautiful, well kept, and comfortable. the owner is friendly and provided a wonderful full breakfast, with fresh with local products and for a special diet. Breakfast time was agreed after checkin and so everything was ready when we were and delicious!

The location was 15 minutes away from all of the places we wanted to go. Eva was a great host. The house is immaculate! Eva made a wonderful breakfast, consisting of eggs, bacon, pancakes and yogurt with fruit. All of it was delicious. Next year we would certainly return!!
