La maison dispose de 2 chambres lac vue de maître avec lit queen, et 2 chambres avec lits superposés sur le niveau supérieur. Au niveau principal, il y a une grande chambre d'hôtes avec 2 lits queen. Plein manger dans la cuisine, double four, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, et un grand garde-manger. Salon a un "TV 60 ans et plus un canapé de taille. Grand solarium avec coin salon et 10 personne salle à manger formelle. Incroyable SALLE DE JEUX avec flippers, jeux d'arcade, POOL TABLE, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, coffre-x 3 360s, ps3, wii, et DirecTV. La salle de jeux comprend un bar professionnel, une machine à glaçons commerciale, un réfrigérateur à vin, deux robinets à keger et plus encore. Maison a la zone 5 centrale thermique et A / C. Il y a un système audio NUVO de qualité commerciale dans toute la maison où vous pouvez accéder à Pandora et à un grand disque dur de musique à partir de tablettes tactiles numériques. We had a great week at GWL. The owner and property manager were accessible and available whenever we needed them. The property manager stopped by the first day to see if we needed any help -- which we did. The house is a true lake house, just what we were looking for -- not tons of bells and whistles (except for the basement arcade. of course), but has everything one needs. We hope to be back!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Overall we had a great time, as one person reviewed 'its about the lake'. Use of paddle boards was great. we brought kayaks and inflatables.
We knew going into the rental it would be dated and have no issue there, but the place could use a deep clean and small fixes. The toilet on the main level was balanced on card board and there were small ants all over the bathroom. We ran a load in the dishwasher to be sure all utensils, plates and cups were clean (standard practice for us) but couldnt put the utensils back in the drawer since it was filled with dirt. We kept the utensils in a clean cup during our stay.
Two bedrooms upstairs had no air conditioning and no fan. Toilet paper holder was broken so the TP roll was just sitting on the support attached to the wall. Loose tiles under the toilet (all little fixes that would go a long way)
Our group had 6 kids and one of the reasons we chose this rental was the game room. 24 hours into the rental one of the pinball machines broke (internal part which is normal wear) so we turned to the video games in the evening. One tv did not connect to anything, a second only connected to wii which had a few games, and the third worked fine. Slot machines - only 1 turned on but did not work, golfing video game - audio turned on but screen did not.
We didnt bother the owner for the little things as our stay was to enjoy each other, though he was responsive when messaged with questions.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back! The lake access was great and we loved using the floats, stand up paddles and the kayak. We made a fire one night and on the night it rained we had so much fun playing pool and pinball. We also enjoyed the hot tub and downstairs bar. The house has so many amenities and is stocked with everything you need. It was the perfect place for us to spend time together as a family!

Brian, the Host, was outstanding again(we stayed here last year also ). He is completely responsive, and helpful ! Five lifelong friends and my two grown sons gathered to enjoy March Madness . Great game room, Tiki Bar, hot tub, fire pit, Kitchen, plenty of TVs to watch the March Madness games . The house is very spacious and comfortable, and Brian's hospitality is Awesome ! Highly recommended !

We visited in November after having a great time over the summer. There were plenty of things to do in the area, even with young kids. The house was large, big couch for everyone and a big table in the sunroom overlooking the lake. In the evenings we sipped wine as we sat outside on the multi-level deck and enjoyed the quiet. The basement has entertainment for folks of all ages, and easy access to outside. If you are looking for a modern house, this isn’t it, but it’s a large house on the lake with everything you need. We’ll be back.

Fun House in a Gorgeous Spot
A great big house, with lots of activities and gorgeous views of the lake! Some of the house was a little beat up, but nothing too bad to deter from staying here!

Graduation Central
Daughter was graduating from West Point. The location was easy to get to and the property is spacious and clean! Plenty of places to sit for a large gathering and the view is magnificent. Parking was an issue if you had more than three cars. When we arrived there was sand in the parking spots limiting us to 3/6 potential parking spots. It was quiet and the downstairs gaming area was a huge hit! There is an ice machine behind the bar which was super useful. The bar is semi stocked with previous guests left overs which I thought was a nice little touch! The bedrooms are a little undersized, but the room of the remainder of the house is substantial! The check out process was smooth and easy! We hope to return to the property for my second daughter's graduation in two years! Brian was helpful and I would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation! The lake was nice and I can only imagine how fun it would be for a summer get away!

Outstanding House, Property and Host !
This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults for three nights in March 2022 ! Brian, the host, was 100 % responsive and answered any and all questions we had, and had the house perfectly ready for us upon arrival ! The house is Amazing, with an awesome game room with 3 TVs, pool table, Bar and Pinball machines . Great Hot Tub also ! The house was exactly as listed ! I can only imagine how excellent this would be in the summer with the beautiful area for the lake and all it offers ! We will be back again often ! Thanks for a Great Stay !

Wonderful All Season Getaway
Spent the weekend with friends, such a fun house. Plenty of games/activities for kids of all ages, pinball, a pool table, and a full bar ;). The sunroom in the back with wall to wall windows overlooking the lake was amazing. I like that there are multiple floors, where you could keep the kids in a separate area to hang away from adults, if you liked. Ample beds, so you could fit a few families for sure. Shame we couldn't go in the summer, as it's right on the lake with a huge tiered backyard. An overall lovely stay.

Perfect for girls weekend
My friends and I got together for our annual girls trip and the house was perfect. We go some time in the hot tub and had fun playing some video games. The house was clean and lovely.

We had a such good time in the lake house. My family is big and out grandparents came from Brazil and made it even more special por us. The house and locations is great, we were so grateful to find it for this occasion. Great weekend trip
Had a wonderful time at Brian's property. Pictures are accurate. Space is clean. AC wasn't working on our arrival and Brian quickly fixed them - no problems since. There is truly something for everyone in the family here.

Incredible Family Vacation
Our family had the most fun weekend here. There was so much to do for everyone (of any age). The online listing was incredibly accurate and the common rooms are truly as big as they look. The convenience of being right on the lake made boating, paddle boarding and swimming incredibly easy. A beautiful house on a beautiful property. We hope to return here again!

Nice escape from the city
We had a great time in this house. The communication was easy and quick. Beside the sand beach area because of the « boat dock » and some pipes on the grass (because of the season) , the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Nice hiking area and beautiful view of the lake. Would recommend to stay there!

Soooo fun!
Such a fun house and location, stayed for the weekend to celebrate our son’s 13th birthday. The kids (and adults) had a blast. Perfect location on the water. The house is so great for families: grill, hot tub, pool table, arcade games, bar, all that you need for an amazing family getaway. Warwick is close by. We enjoyed the farms and drive in movie theater!

Terrific house, responsive owner, would stay again
My family had a great stay in mid-February. Beautiful location right on the lake. Would be over the top fantastic in the summer. House was clean, owner was very responsive. Lots of fun things to do in the house. Advise to inquire with owner prior to stay on status of working games in the game room. Lots of board games available for all different ages which we appreciated. Outdoor hot tub was awesome. Plenty of towels available. Sun room was fantastic for morning coffee. A great quick getaway. Would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing
My 8 year old grandson’s words, “amazing weekend!” Six children and none of them ever said what do we do now. Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your wonderful lake house. Everything about it lived up to our expectations and your descriptions. We so enjoyed the many games, pool table, gorgeous huge room overlooking the lake, the view was amazing!
I almost forgot the hot tub, a very big hit!!!! We could not be more satisfied. As my husband said, if we don’t have fun, it would be on us!

Warm house for a cold vacation
Everything went as well as could be hoped. The owner called me soon after checkin time to make sure that we were ok, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to help when we had questions. The hot tub was GREAT, big enough to fit multiple kids and adults all at the same time, and it was enchanting to sit there as the snow fluttered down on us and the lake.

Beautiful NYE Getaway
We were so very impressed with this property!!! My group lives on Eastern Long Island and with just a 2.5 hour trip, you would have thought we were hours away. Would love to book again in the summer months and take advantage of the lake!

Interesting private home with lots of entertainment and view
Place was mostly comfortable for our size family .. bunk beds were not so comfortable. The entertainment center on the lower level was amazing , the view of the lake area is beautiful the fire pit was nice on a chilly evening. Family enjoyed the hot tub , playing games ,pool and darts.

So great of a place to get away!
We had an excellent time. Found the property easily, plenty of room for our groceries and storage for our clothing. Place was filled with "toys" for all of us, as well as wonderful space to just hang out, or watch tv, sit in the hot-tub or enjoy the fire pit. We brought our own wood but there was wood there to purchase if needed. I loved being there in the fall, it was quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be going back if I am able!

Awesome Stay!
We went with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for all of us. I was able to rent a boat down the road and use their own dock! Also loved the SUP and Kayak. Great stay! Would recommend.

Perfect fall family weekend
We had such a great time at the lake house. We planned the trip to enjoy Warwick favorites like apple picking and Bellvale farms ice cream, but we didn’t need to have planned a thing. The kids would have happily gone between playing in the sand / searching for frogs and playing pinball the whole weekend if we had nothing else planned. We rented a pontoon boat, which easy and fun! And the adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after bedtime. Brian was so responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend! We’re already looking forward to next time!

Fun and accommodating set-up in beautiful surroundings
We had a great stay! Really appreciated the ability to use kayaks and paddle boards. The place has everything you need for a good time : hot tub, pool table, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating and eating space, small patch of grass for yard games, sandy beach for little kids to play in. Greenwood Lake is beautiful with rolling green hills on both sides.
