Lovely chalet, very clean and modern.

Unfortunately the water wasn't hot but the owners offered to come and rectify this.

The property was clean, well presented and recently refurbished. Ian & Sarah are a lovely couple, very professional/friendly and responsive.

After £5.00 of credit on the electricity meter you have to pay for electricity which we felt was a little bizarre for a weekend getaway.

Nice clean accommodation and holiday park a nice pub around the corner good food and live football and a nice traditional chip shop and a club with entertainment all within a 5min walk

Couldn't believe how clean the place is. I could fault it. Had a wonderful stay, lovely and quiet, so we decided to stay for another night .it was like home from home. Everything you need is there for a brilliant stay. The hosts were amazing, just a phone call away. 10 out of 10 for a great stay . The welcome pack was useful and had everything we needed to enjoy our short break.

Very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities only one grumble we had a lot of ants in the living room crawling everywhere other than that was a lovely challet and would recommend and definitely stay again thank you.

No clubhouse and entertainment on actual site bit of a walk away and mum struggled with it so had to drive

It was a lovely holiday lett very warm very clean and a lovely welcome pack close to amusement s and take away and restaurant

The cooker is very dangerous I tried to cook a roast dinner and the oven rack fell down during cooking and I badly burnt my hand also the bed was very comfortable but the frame made a loud noise when you went to get into feeling like it was going to break and me and my partner are pretty slim people also the electric meter fair enough there was five pounds on it when you arrive but over the days we were feeding it like mad it costs around five pounds a day nearly so not such a relaxing holiday when you have to worry about the meter a few adaptments need to be made then it would be a perfect holiday let a few more cupboard's especially in the bathroom could do with a little cabinet

Everything, Sarah and Ian couldn't have been more helpful, from initial contact to making sure we had everything we needed. It's a fantastic chalet and location and we will definitely be coming back.

Nothing it's perfect accommodation for a traditional English seaside holiday.
