In the center of Chablis, huge apartment, well equipped for cooking and eating. Clean and beautiful decorations.

No WiFi, even though it helps you to communicate more with your family during the stay.

The flat was large, spacious, charming, and with a wonderful bathtub that I so enjoyed while the rain poured down in Chablis. The proprietor was lovely enough to come meet us when we couldn't get the key box open - utterly our fault - it was simple once we learned how, and not fussed at all to be called out in the evening at the last minute. We stayed for only 1 night but could have easily lived comfortably in the flat for weeks. Centrally located, near restaurants, the canal, lovely bistros and coffee shops and the walking tour of the town.

There is no internet which was only a problem because I several hours of online meetings. Our host kindly suggested the Chablis Tourist Information Center, just a few meters away, and the lovely man there loaned me a room for my meetings with no trouble at all.

Location perfect, right in the centre of Chablis

Broken window blinds (two of them), no coffee despite coffee machine, not very well cleaned with dirty rugs and the worst bed I have slept on since I was a student in the 90s. A real shame as the apartment is actually quite cool, it just needs much better looking after, cleaning and maintenance. And to not provide basics like coffee or cooking oil is not acceptable. The vacuum cleaner behind a curtain next to the bed, awful bedding, two pillows on the bed without a pillow case even, duvet was the wrong way round so the owners couldn’t be bothered to make the bed properly.

Spacious and well located within 15mins of the lake and main tourist areas. A small balcony overlooking quite residential area. Secure parking. Sufficient equipment to prepare & cook basic meals, plenty of storage areas. Washing machine. Our contact was very helpful.

We had a problem with the Internet in the last 2 days of our stay, which wasn’t a big issue .the shower head didn’t locate in the holder so you could not have a hands free shower .

There was no tea or coffee available, even though there was a coffee machine and water kettle. We had breakfast outside. Location was great.

There were no paper towels, nor extra toilet paper. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with difficult stairs to get all the luggage up. No wifi and no AC on a day with 40 degrees Celsius.

the only thing I liked dead the size. further the tv had no signal, no WiFi, bed size for two adults an two children only (cradle and one bed length 160 cm. hardly any cutlery, for sure no place for elderly or disabled persons, two very difficult and steep staircases. communication to receive the keys was cumbersome French/English

Very clean, host very nice and with very good advices.

It was unfortunately very hot the two days we stayed, and we suggest to think of a climatisation or something that could cool down the room a bit.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, friendly staff. No problems.

Only one minor comment: the double bed could be somewhat larger.
