Location

It’s nice you can check in anytime thanks to automatic lock on the front door. There was a tv with Netflix. Public transport station is about 5 minutes away.

The whole place was quite dirty a lot of hair on the ground in the bathroom. Plenty of trash in the kitchen. The key to lock your room is also key to lock bathroom or other rooms in the hotel which doesn’t feel very safe.

Its a good place to stay, nice accommodation, the host is pretty chill, nice and kind

Its a bit far from city centre but its fine to walk and get metro

The room was spaceous and clean and so was the bathroom. Parts of the house look like a construction site, but since no actual works are being done, this doesn't affect you.

Very old house under construction I believe... had room next to the common toilet, so no sleep. The wooden staircase makes terrible noise. The bed makes terrible noise

Everything is there what you need, easy access, parking arround for free

Will be nice to change the bed sheets next time as I found lot of black long hair in my bed. In addition, the sheets were wrinkled, so it was obvious that someone had slept in them already !!

Safe indoor bicycle storage, although this might no longer be available once renovation works are finished.

It was an excellent stay in absolutely every respect. They were very helpful even though I went there earlier because of my early flight time. As for the room, it was both large and spacious. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

the hotel was perfect, quiet, with everything we needed, and the owner was great, and keept asking us if everything is okay and if we need something.

There was cigarretes smell in the toom, difficult to breathe. Bathroom was not clean. I'm not sure the bedsheets were cleaned and fresh or just reused after past guest.

Excellent and a great price. My room was beautiful and very large. Great communication and also good WiFi, I am happy to highly recommend staying here

Julian (hotel manager) He was more than wonderful, very understanding, cooperative, and his style was pleasant, and he made you feel very interested and gave you complete information. salute him

The stairs are not equipped, the kitchen below is not equipped, the bathroom also needs better equipment, and the room keys are weak and unsafe

It was a great and cozy stay! Having this hotel as our home for two weeks, we have managed to appreciate the services provided. Our room was clean, and spacious, with some new furniture. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. We have often used washing machine for our personal purposes and it was working great and was free! We have used the kitchen each day and it was a lifesaver! There was everything needed for proper cooking (oven, large fridge, microwave machine, many cupboards, etc). It was quite cold inside, but it was fine. The thing important to mention is the location of the hotel. There was a good supermarket within 50 meters (Delhaize), a pastry just a few steps by, a shopping center with a cinema in it just 7 minutes walking (Ville2), a metro station (Samaritaine), and a bus stop. The city center and central railway station are 25-30 minutes away, so it is a good idea even to go by foot there. Generally, we enjoyed our stay, though the hotel was still in process of modernizing (but it will be the cutest place after all)! Loved it) the host Julian was a great advisor and managed our issues quickly whenever they appeared. He also helped with searching the taxi driver and it helped us so much :)))

Quite unpleasant things, which appeared during our stay, were not properly dried linens on the bed, which has a smell of humidity. Changing it did not help, so we washed them by ourselves. Also there was no wardrobe for our luggage, so it stayed in the corner of our room (but it was bearable). Finally, there are some places in the hotel, which are still in process of modernising and bring some inconveniences.

Good price, clean room, looks like it will be much better after finishing reconstruction, very detailed instructions on self check in.

The place is warm and spacious, the mattress and beddings are nice. Still a bit under construction though.

This was a strange experience - the house is accommodating guests before the renovation is complete and that is true for the rooms, the bathroom and the common area. During the day there were construction workers using angle grinders, although the more disturbing noise was coming from the old staircase, which creates a lot of noise when someone is going up or down. The walls have not been finished and the one thing that really put me off was that there were electrical cables sticking out of the walls at several places. Plastic flowers in pots are a strange addition to the interior.

its amazing has absolutely everything you could need :) its very cosy and feels nice to stay in, plus the people living in are very kind and there are no sounds at night. You can have a good sleep. There are two bathrooms and they are nice and clean. You can also wash your clothes, it has all the essentials you might need.

the only minus is the city itself, Charleroi is not the safest place.
