Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza impeccabile. Colazione veramente varia e fatta in casa il mattino stesso. Non aspettatevi croissant decongelati perché non è così. Sono tutti piatti dolci e salati della tradizione locale, fatti al momento. Se il tempo lo consente si può fare colazione nel giardino privato.

Everything! Amazing hosts, nice welcome drinks and reception, nice garden and very spacious and renovated rooms with an authentic touch! free bicycles to ride around the country side.
the design of the open plan sink and shower was a bit unusual and not ideal due to lack of privacy inside the room..( for those who are a bit shy )

Oh my goodness!! What a precious place to stay in, and we were only there one night. The owners have restored this space beautifully and carefully. The owners are personal and lovely. The accommodation is comfortable with delightful extras. This is an amazing place to stay. It's a great base point to see the area. Choose this place!!!

Very friendly staff and owners. Rooms are exceptionally high standard. Everything is clean ,well maintained, and cared for. Coffee whenever you need it and breakfast is also very good.

The hotel is amazing!!!! is an exceptional place to rest, Giulia and Rossano were extremelly good hosts!, we love the place, breakfast was incredible, Its definitely a place that I recomend to stay

I loved everything about this place. The kindness of the hosts who made you comfortable and welcome, the beauty and history of the B&B, and the best breakfast I have had on the Via Francigena.

The couple who run the place are very cooperative and give all the information that the tourist needs. In addition, they help in case you need that. They also make breakfast themselves for the residents, which gives the impression of belonging to the place.
There is no private parking for the place, only public parking close to the hostel

Our favorite place in Italy and the only one we
would come back one more time. The hosts are
Italian couple who were super nice and helped
us with everything. It felt like we were at home.
Location quiet, close to the church. But you can reach
town centre in ~7 mins by walk.
They even provide free bikes during your whole
stay.
The room was stylish, cozy, spacious.. It just looked
increadible. The building was built in 12th century
so it felt even more amazing, never had this experience
before.
Very cozy and nice yard where rich and really
tasty Italian breakfast were served.
