The house was perfect, exactly as advertised. Beach access was awesome and easier/closer than anticipated. It was great to have access the beach supplies. Area was great with restaurants, grocery and shopping. Although our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, my family can’t wait to go back!

This is by far the most beautiful, VRBO I have had. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, We love the shutters and the elevator was very convenient. The only down fall was the dryer. The timer kept starting over and it took to long to dry clothes. Other than that this was a very beautiful home. Also, the beach access was very convenient.

The home was beautiful and so clean! We absolutely loved how close it is to the beach. The elevator also came in handy.

We had a few issues throughout entire stay. Dryer was not working. 3 maintenance companies came during our stay. 2 of them we were not aware of and physically came into the home without our permission. Other than this it’s a great location and clean.

Plenty of room, we had 7 ladies and were very comfortable. House was described accurately and it is walking distance to the beach access (right across the street) Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property. Had some issues that took a while to be resolved but this often happens over a weekend. Property management company w tried their best to resolve quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the Redington Beach Townhouse! The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of room, easy access to the beach, and just down the road from shops. We will be planning our next vacation back soon, and hope to stay at this location again!!

I would give this place a 6 star rating if at all possible.

Perfect location, directly across the street from the beach access. Redington Beach is a favorite for the locals, same gorgeous beach as all the others near here but without the crowds.The home was perfect too! It’s a new build with top of the line everything and plenty of essentials in the kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. Nice grill is also available and a back patio with a hose for rinsing off all the sand before entering the home.It is really a four bedroom (with a closet) but the fourth bedroom has a toddlers bed and desk in it (no adult bed). That is really the only thing I would recommend changing. We put an air mattress in it for our teenage son.There was plenty of parking available (3 spots).We had a couple minor questions - the management company was very fast, professional, and helpful and helped us to quickly find a solution. I would highly recommend a stay at this townhouse.

Calling fan on bedroom #2 wasn’t working properly, garage door also have problems open and closing due to active bird nest on top motor. Have to open door manually a couple times. Really heavy for the only man in the family!!
