In the middle of all the action in TC!!

Our annual girl’s weekend to T. C. was perfect in every way and this condo has the perfect location. Close walking to everything you could want to do. Great choice for us and would definitely choose again.

We loved our stay here, this was so clean and beautiful. We loved the location to downtown TC, communication about the door/keypad was a little confusing but when we messaged we were immediately able to get in touch with someone. This was a very enjoyable stay.

7 of us stayed in this lovely apartment in the heart of Tc.it was comfortable and convenient, and had everything we needed with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds- enough room for 7 adults (only one couple in the group). We recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, easy parking, beautiful condo! It was perfect for us! Seven girlfriends, plenty of bathrooms and beds. It had a big bar countertop with plenty of chairs that was perfect for all of us to sit around and talk. Having it connected to a bar next door was an added plus! lol We would definitely stay here again.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I know it's a little bit more expensive than other options but it's completely worth it. The location is literally right in the middle of everything. Within walking distances of dozens of restaurants and shops. Huge bedrooms and living space. Highly recommend it.

I have been staying in Traverse City all my life and have just discovered this condo. Fantastic location and amenities we will stay here again!

The condo was just perfect for our Traverse City stay! It is located downtown - so we were in walking distance of many of the activities we booked. The condo was clean and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. I would recommend this property. The one unfortunate issue was the resurfacing of the parking lot that was assigned to the condo - which had nothing to do with the owner - and we had to park in a paid structure. The owner was kind enough to reimburse the parking - but because we didn't want to burden with a high parking bill - we hesitated to move our cars for the weekend. Had we have had access to the parking lot - we might have driven around the Traverse City area. Again, no reflection on the owner - my only reason for reporting is to recognize the generous nature of the owner!

This property is a must for downtown Traverse City. There were 7 of us ladies all over the age of 60. There was something for everyone and it was all within walking distance. Everything was as listed, and the accommodations were beautiful. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing! Tons to do in walking distance and a great location. Property was very nice interior, clean, and even though in a very busy part of downtown quiet. This is a prime location and I would recommend it as an awesome stay for any group. Communication was excellent from the property manager and they were flexible.

This beautiful 'home away from home' was a perfect accommodation for all seven of us. The place was spacious (larger than we thought it would be), with wonderful beds, nice bathrooms (one ADA compliant), and located downtown for an easy walk to the water, shops, and restaurants. Our family was beyond delighted with your stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again in the future. We could not recommend this place and the hosts enough.

We booked this condo for mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The host was very easy to work with, condo exceeded all expectations, and provided nearly everything. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The rooftop bar, attached, was nice for convenience. Location in the heart of downtown.

We had a fantastic time! The location was amazing, minutes from great breakfast places and rooftop bar and Irish pub next door. Host was awesome!

The condo was amazing! Everything was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The location is perfect for exploring the Traverse City area.

Top of the line accommodations. Our group couldn't have been happier with the luxury, location and comfort. This owner was amazing and stocked our refrigerator with beverages we requested and picked up charcuterie board and cookie from a local market she recommended I order from. She left us other goodies too that were from local vendors. She recommended in full detail things to do from activities, restaurants, where to shop and so much more! She just seemed to love hosting and helping us. I was kind of hoping she would show up and have. drink with us (I liked this hostess that much). The bathrooms had shampoos, lotions, q-tips, makeup remover and plenty of towels and wash cloths, the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could want to cook with plus garbage bags, coffee and coffee pot and filters, laundry area offered laundry soap, softener , bleach , ironing board and iron, the living areas offered comfy furniture and and the island was great for our group to gather and talk and have a drink. The bedrooms had THE MOST comfy beds and sheets and comforters. I want to come back just to stay in this amazing place. AC worked great! We loved being able to go to rooftop bar next door via our elevator. We felt like VIPs in the VRBO favorite! This was the BEST experience by far of anywhere I have ever rented. I have rented several and owned a VRBO so I am not new to this.. This hostess deserves an award.

My review title says it all: we couldn’t be happier with this space. We were two couples and two friends and we loved the place from the moment we entered. My only hope is that it will be available the next time we are in Traverse City.

Overall the condo looked and smelled very clean. However, when walking around without shoes, the soles of our feet were black.
