Hallo, the flat La Casette in Mola di Bari: -the owner does not speak English well - double bed upstairs, a sofa bed for one person and a half bunk between the rubbish bins and under the stairs to the mezzanine, for 4 adults. The children slept upstairs, the husband on the sofa, me on the bunk. -everything works digitally, but the owner does not know how to set up the air-conditioning, the husband electrician did it -we had no hot water twice to wash ourselves and dishes, no dishwasher! -we did not have the cooker 2 times because the electricity went out, the lady criticised us for daring to do it at once! to put coffee and eggs on and we overloaded the system.... -we couldn't make coffee because there was no coffee machine-Italy?!?? the lady told us to put the bialetti in the pot with water.... no, coffee is not made that way -the air-conditioning broke down on Tuesday, we were without it for 4 days, nobody repaired it because the setting was reset and we had no influence on it -in the kitchen: no 4th plate, no cutting board, no bread knife, no place to prepare food.... -the TV went off and there was a neon picture, we had to unplug it because my husband could not sleep -no description of what works in the flat, all digital, in 3 languages at least, where to eat, what to visit, emergency service, etc. what to do with the garbage -knocking at the door the other day, an elderly man stands and shouts aggressively at my husband in Italian (tourists, what kind of preparation for receiving guests?) pointing to the rubbish on display in a bag. our mistake? it should have been in the rubbish bin, not like everywhere in Italy just a bag on display -no iron and ironing board -no large pot -no drying rack for laundry -lie that there was a parking space-we had to look for a free space in the area, sometimes 20 minutes! -Smell in the flat - basement or paint?
