The stay at this house was priceless!! From the beauty of the insanely clean home to the customer service provided by the property managers everything was 5 star! Book don't think twice about booking this home!! This place is incredible & so are the managers!! Thank you for the most memorable vacation my family and I have ever been on!! We had a very pleasant stay in this home with 30a beach girls. The home was clean, large and very spacious. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We were able to utilize the grill and had great time outside with family when not at the beach. The bikes and golf cart were used daily, seaside it just a quick spin away. 30a Beach Girls was amazing to work with, very attentive and informative. I would consider this home for another vacation and recommend to anyone inquiring.

Our stay was wonderful! The best part was the open space, no stairs and all the bathrooms. The decor was gorgeous, and the house was incredibly clean. Only recommendation would be heaters outside for entertaining, nights were cold in February. Also, it would be great if you provided containers with lids to store your leftovers and food in the refrigerator. Hours were spent on the bikes, beach is so close! We miss it already!! Property managers at 30a beach girls could not have been any better. Responded immediately to any/all questions.I would 100% stay here again!

Our extended family, six adults and seven-teens, converged in this lovely home for our spring break. The property is well appointed with everything you need. It is conveniently located to everything, including the beach and seaside. We had a few requests for a celebration that the property management team handled efficiently. We loved that a bonfire was included! Highly recommend this home and team! A very memorable family vacation we all enjoyed.

What people normally do not talk about on their reviews, in my opinion, is the comfort of beds where people get the most out of their sleep and rejuvenating bodies. So mentioning beds is a thing for me in all my reviews...The beds here were exceptional for all who asked. The home is spread out and has so much space you have privacy whenever you want it. The pool was perfect after laying in the sun at the beach for hours and was enjoyed nightly. The golf cart is essential so are the bikes, we went to Seaside a lot and there is no parking for cars in Seaside. The property management 30a beach Girls were top notch again, our 5th stay with them first time to this home though we stayed in one almost identical with them last year. We have rented dozens upon dozens of homes through VRBO, this will go down as one of our favorites. Positive, wonderful, clean, honest, great communication. I highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for our family getaway, it was comfortable for all. We cooked almost all the meals at the house and everything worked great. All beds were comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed their area, though they complained the bunk room was way to girlish. It's an awesome room but heavy on the girly. The other bunk room is very plain in comparison. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool area and we were impressed that after a surprise storm came thru that Hollie had the pool guy come and clean out the pool since it was messy from the winds. The house was clean at check-in and we had great communication with everyone at 30a beach girls throughout the stay as questions came up. Thank you for the bonfire!!

Beautiful property in a wonderful, quiet spot. Very clean and true to the photos — a really great space for our group of friends to stay, tons of room to spread out. Very easy to communicate with the managers — quick responses, Hollie had awesome recommendations! I highly recommend staying here. Nice spacious living spaces and I really loved cooking in the kitchen. I just can't fit all I have to say in this review! Im going to book my families fall break here.

We are an extended family group of 11 ranging from 6 months to 79 years. A great property for the group. Everyone had their space but gathering space for meals and games too. We loved the back deck for star gazing and relaxing. Really enjoyed the house uniqueness and beautiful artwork everywhere. 30a Beach Girls makes traveling easy! We loved the bonfire that was hosted, we stayed for 2 hours! Lots of s'mores and fun. Would definitely stay here again next spring.

The house and amenities were fantastic! Looks brand new and immaculate throughout. Renter has a attention to detail such as guest Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, and charging stations galore. You can walk to the beach, ride a bike, or load up the golf cart and zip around town. For times you want to hang at the house, there's plenty of space to prepare/enjoy meals using the fully furnished kitchen or outdoor grill, take a dip in the heated pool, or relax in the shade under the covered porch. We had 10 adults with plenty of room for more. We plan to go back. A must rent!

Spent a fabulous time at Shady Palm last week. The house is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you will need for you and your family to have a fantastic time at the beach. Easy access to all things fun.

Great stay, clean property. You can tell that the company had pride in this property as it was clean and well-maintained. Good communication and everything was as described. The great room was big and our preferred hang out place for the family we cooked and talked, played cards for hours. The pool was so needed for coming off after the beach. The beach was so open not crowded at all. We rode the bikes to Seaside and the food trucks and that was fun as well. Overall, a very nice, beautiful and clean property and great experience. The home's location is perfect! Quick cart ride from the beach, shops and restaurants. We had chefs every night and they commented the kitchen is a great space. Loved the dining table and space. Loved the Jack and Jill bathroom for our teens. Didn't use the bunk rooms. Master bedrooms are large and lots of counter space in the back master bathroom. Lots of towels. Bedding comfy. Pool wasn't used much but we enjoyed the back deck. Biggest perk was the included bonfire and the chefs booked by Hollie at beach girls. She connected us with exactly what we wanted. Best vacation rental on 30A

My family and I stayed for the week here and it was great. The layout of the house is fantastic along with the decor. Plenty of rooms, great backyard with a pool and porch. The beach access was so close and easily accessible by the provided golf cart. The only con was that we couldn’t find a light switch for the pool but that’s minor. I’d def recommend staying here.

This property now has six bedrooms and one of the bunk rooms just got an upgrade based on the pictures. The decor is amazing. Bright vibrant colors. The owner thought of everything in this room. Chargers for phones, electrical outlets at the vanity to get ready and plenty of lighting with amazing mirrors that light up with different shades of color. The neon sign good vibes only was so cool. The rest of the house was beautifully appointed, felt like a coastal luxury retreat I highly recommend this place and 30Abeach Girls. I will be staying again.

The photos don't do this home justice! The property is amazing and large and easy to move about for everyone, even my elderly parents. The kitchen, living area and backyard are stunning. We didn't want to leave! It was so easy talking with everyone at 30a beach girls. They responded to text messages in seconds. They answered questions and helped us whenever we needed. They even delivered our groceries and arranged a second golf cart. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with all the basics and small appliances and pots/pans. The pool was the center of attention, the golf cart was driven EVERYWHERE I think we put 100 miles on it, the bikes were also used a lot. All beds were comfortable and the dining table made every meal even better, it fit our whole family. I've already been recommending this house to my friends and family. This is a beautiful home and property that was perfect in every way for our family. We are looking forward to another fantastic stay here in the future. Thank you!! Tim and Phoebe!

We had heard wonderful things about the area of 30A, but we had absolutely how amazing the house at Shady Palms was going to be. I have to say that it is FAR more amazing in person than it is online, which is saying a lot. We were able to have multiple families there comfortably, and everyone was able to feel like they had their own spaces. The convenience to the beach as well as the access to the golf cart and the pool really made us feel like we didn't need anything else. If you go, I highly recommend taking advantage of some of the services that the 30A Beach Girls offer. We felt spoiled our entire vacation, and from the fresh cookies when we arrived to the beach bonfire, to our grocery order waiting in the fridge, we felt like everyone involved went above and beyond. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Overall the house was great. Things that need attention: 1) we had to request to have the yard mowed, the pool still had weeds everywhere and growing under the fence. 2) loose doorknob in master bath 3) back porch ceiling fan light and strung lights inoperable - would be nice to have those 4) only 1/2 the grill would light. I think the house just needs a once over by maintenance. The only downfall of the house is no pantry space.

The house was great, very spacious! We had a great beach getaway with a large group, everyone had plenty of space and their own beds. The house is a great location between Rosemary and Seaside quick bike ride or golf cart ride to each. We loved the pool features after a long day on the beach. Jada and Hollie were very attentive and easy to get hold of! Would love to stay again.

This was my first time renting on VRBO, couldn't have had a better first experience. Hollie and Kelly were the quintessential hosts, super responsive and helpful. Their place more than met our needs, everything exceeded. We were 5 moms trying to sneak in a mom - daughter trip just before the season ended. Needed a place that could accommodate the energies of 5 twelve yr olds and 4 fifteen yr olds, and still allow for the moms to relax, jump on a few work calls and visit. The place is well designed and furnished, great location - close to the beach and just a few minutes bike ride to seaside village. Will be staying here again together and individually with our families and very highly recommend.

30a Beach Girls you are travel rockstars!!! The house was just perfect. Everything sparkly clean and comfortable, with space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the ambience all around was very warm and inviting. The owner Hollie was very helpful (helped me plan a chef) and everything was very straightforward and easy. The backyard is like your private retreat! The pool, the seating all perfection! The location is also a great one—close to the beach, lots of great restaurants, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and were in easy walking, biking or golf carting distance of it all. 30a Beach Girls throws an amazing bonfire you get invited to. It was so much fun!! We can't wait to rent this property again and again!

This property was perfect for our family to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. Very spacious and well appointed, my parents have limited mobility and Hollie was right on with her recommendation of this home, they had zero issues. Had plenty of space for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. Back yard pool was perfect anytime of day, slow traffic area for the kids to throw footballs and play in the front. The included bikes and golf cart was utilized all day everyday and a must. We had no issues going anywhere. The kitchen was perfectly stocked but we had to stack groceries around the kitchen counter tops. Maybe a small shelf would help with food storage, or a little rolling cart. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this property very much. Would recommend it for a great place to stay on 30a but I hate to say it, because I love this place so much! More people will want to stay here... Great for 30a beach girls, hard for us to re-book... Seriously it is the Perfect place to stay on 30a:) 30a Beach Girls provided balloons and a amazing cake for our birthday surprise. Nice touch and it won the whole family over!!

This home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed & then some! Furnishing were gorgeous and well thought out. Kitchen very well stocked and all agreed beds were comfortable. The amount of baths was AMAZING!! You rarely get homes that have plenty of baths for all. The space was so perfect for our large group, the pool area was also well equipped & the pool was loved by all! The location was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, not far from stores (publix) & delicious food choices! The beaches and bike trails nearby also made for an exciting trip! The included bikes and golf cart were well used and much appreciated. Above all, the host's Emily, Hollie, Jada made the trip seamless. They were available from my very first outreach and gave plenty of insight to the property and clear instructions of what to do while staying & checking out. Hollie told us about her favorite restaurants and they were great. The included bonfires were so much fun, only wish they were held longer than 90 minutes. I cannot wait to book this house again next year! Thank you for a trip full of precious memories and fun!

This house had everything you would need and more. From the fully stocked kitchen, pool in the back, to bikes and golf cart for all and everything in between our party was wishing the week would never end. The house allows for ample places to hang out and creates an environment that even on the rainy day was enjoyable. The closeness to Seaside, Grayton, and the beach allowed our party to be on foot, cart or on bike the entire week. Hollie made sure to provide a list of "to do's" on 30a which was extremely helpful and added to our family memories. If/when we return to 30a we will always look to stay here first.

Everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the spaciousness of the house and really enjoyed the pool, especially my 4 year old grandson!

From beginning of booking to saying goodbye, the 30A Beachgirls made sure to provide our family with all the best service and accommodations. Hollie, Joy, Emily, and Kelly, along with the entire team worked 24/7 to meet our needs. The house itself was fabulous. A new rental with a few small issues that were immediately addressed. Clean, spacious, and an amazingly appointed kitchen that felt like home. The bedrooms and bathroom were pristine and each one included a full-size hairdryer and plenty of towels and soap. The beds were perfect, and afforded lots of comfortable bedding and pillow options. The backyard was such a hidden gem! The covered sitting porch was perfect for family gatherings, and the pool made for a nice alternative to the beach. Another much-loved extra was the 6-person golf cart which made those treks to the beach so much easier. We took turns riding the bikes that were provided, too. All in all, 30A Shady Palms and 30A Beach Girls helped create some wonderful memories and we are forever grateful!

I've been coming to 30A for over 10 years and this is absolutely my favorite place I've ever stayed. I've typically stayed in three story homes. It was amazing not to lug suitcases up and down several flights of stairs. The beach access is my favorite due to the fact that there are many public beach access points all along this area so you don't have to deal with five rows of chairs and umbrellas from vendors. The golf cart that was provided as part of the rental made going to the beach and out to dinner so convenient. We were able to go to Seaside and WaterColor in minutes on the golf cart. Loved the private pool and back. Every day we came back from the beach we would hang out for hours in the pool. Enjoyed the back patio every evening and every morning. 30A Beach Girls and Holli are absolutely amazing. It's not just a vacation they create an entire experience. 30abeach Girls helped us set up our double decker boat with slide, JetSki's, a private chef one night for dinner. One of my favorite things they arranged for us with was electric bikes. I will always rent one for the future. The house comes with regular bikes but these electric bikes can go 45 miles an hour. The inside of the house was perfectly decorated. It looked to be brand new. Everything was high end. And the beds were so comfy. I'll definitely be coming back.

My group of 11 (4 adults and 2 pre-teens/5 teens) spent a week a 30A Shady Palms. We all had a blast at this lovely home! The home is new and spacious and is nicely decorated. A 6 seater golf cart was included and was perfect for making the quick trip down to the beach. The beach access in this area is easy to use and the beach in this particular location is beautiful. The home included a pool which got plenty of use from my crew. Seaside is easily accessible from this location and is just a few minutes with the golf cart or bikes (4 bikes came with the rental as well). The Publix is also only a few minutes drive away. I can not say enough about Hollie and the rest of the 30A Beach Girls crew. They went out of their way to make this an awesome experience. She hooked us up with electric bikes (and must try if you haven't done this before), paddle boards and jet skis. She also set us up with a private chef who came to the home to cook a delicious dinner for us. My family has been coming to the Emerald Coast for over 10 years and this trip was the most enjoyable by far.

Overall, this was one of the best properties among the houses I rented from Vrbo and others. This was a great place for a large family like mine. There were enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Loved the big dining table! Close to beach, close to dining when we ventured out for dinner. 30a Beach Girls was super accommodating and helpful. Loved the bonfire!
