Large suite with multiple seating areas. Comfy bed in separate room with curtains to block out light. Great views, quiet and peaceful. Wifi was superb. Host was nice and welcoming. Lots of plug sockets and wardrobe space. Secure lockable valuable storage. TV. Kettle. Lots of parking. Quirky and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for as we were passing through. Views were a huge bonus. Great value for money.

Nothing we didn't like. Would have be good to have a couple of tea or coffee sachets just for the morning.

Good location with a nice view of the mountains. Close to a nice walking path that leads to Reid.

It is in good location and close to many tourist attractions. Host was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We would like revisit.

We were on our way to austria and booked the place at 21:00, because their reception stays open until 24:00. When we arrived around 23:30 we found noone present. The lower floor was empty, and opening a couple doors taught us that they were rebuilding/renovating the ground floor. We called several times and messaged through booking, but got no reply (until 8:00 the next morning). Luckily, they had left the rooms unlocked, and our group and a couple of french people with the same issue decided to just go to sleep because we were tired from travelling. The next day we found noone and left early. A real weird, uncomfortable experience.

worst hotel since we started visit Germany

Very friendly staff. Late check-in is possible. Comfortable bed with warm soft blankets. We did not use common bathroom, but i have seen that it is clean. Toilets are clean also.

Cold room and heating did not works, while it was +8 outside. It is good that very warm soft blankets are presented.

I appreciated the late check in and comfort of the rooms.

The arrival and not knowing which room was mine was a bit tricky to navigate but we figured it out.

Everything is OK, it would be 9/10. But no hot water;)
