Lovely apartment with sea view, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect overlooking the beach and the apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped with nice little touches. Beds were comfy and owner helpful. We had a lovely week in Worthing.

I think the only reason I wouldn't give it full marks was the noise from the club in the basement, this was particularly intrusive on our first night when my daughter wasn't feeling well...but overall it didn't spoil our stay as was mainly at weekends and stopped at midnight. Another small thing was lack of blackout blinds in bedrooms.

The views out over the coast were lovely. The apartment was well equipped and the beds and sofa were high quality and really comfy. Really central location. We loved our stay! The hosts had thought of everything!

Maybe some plugs next to the bed, to charge phones whilst sleeping, for easy access, rather than the other side of the room.

Amazing view from the french window and balcony in the lounge area. Located right across from the beach, near to the town and chargeable multi-storey parking a couple of minutes walk away. Apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Greeted when we arrived by the owner (unexpectedly as the property has a coded key box) but a nice personal touch and nice to be made to feel welcome.

No microwave (a very minor issue, but surprising as the kitchen was so excellently kitted out in every other respect).

The location was excellent, very central with great sea view. Anna the host was so helpful even helping unload the car. This flat is exceptional, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable beds. If visiting Worthing again I would have no hesitation in booking it. Could not praise it enough. Thanks Anna.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is on the coast road with the beach right across the road giving superb views of the sea particularly from the balcony. The apartment is also very close to Marks and Spencer's (2-3mins walk) and is also conveniently located to a multi-storey car park and the town centre. The apartment itself is wonderfully furnished with quality appliances and furniture. It is spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfortable.

There is no parking dedicated to the apartment so you do have to pay for parking but a multi-storey car park is located nearby which is reasonably priced

How clean and so well presented. The linen was amazing and bed so comfy and pillows white sheets .

Anna was a great host who gave us all the instructions for the key safe and information on parking. She gave us her telephone number in case of any problems, but we had no issues at all. We definitely will stay here again. The location and standard of accommodation are perfect.

I was so lucky to have stayed at this gem due to a mix up of dates on my part and Anna and her daughter were so lovely and accomodating. This is a beautiful apartment with a spectaclar view of the sea. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (and I can be picky about both!); sitting on the fab sofa you can breathe, relax and take in the view of the sea. There is a full array of digital TV to watch when you can no longer see the sea! As with most seaside accommodation there is no parking - however there is a multi story (max £11 a day and £5 on a Sunday) less than 5 mins away which was perfect. There is some limited parking on the road but you would need to be prepared to move your car. M&S is underneath the car park so no problem getting your supplies. As I said the sea is literally across the road and the centre is 5 mins behind the apartment. Don't miss the opportunity to go to the Dome cinema a short walk away and there are plenty of places to eat and grab a coffee. I definately want to come back and stay, a perfect apartment in a perfect location. Turned out I was also lucky to be the first guest but certainly not the last.
