We had a wonderful stay over the July 4 weekend- dodged some rain and saw some sunshine- the view of hills are beautiful either way from the living area of this beautiful carriage house. Enjoyed some nice walks in Waitsfield, visited Stowe, Waterbury and also Burlington and Montpelier. Rainy evenings spent playing pool in the living space, cooking together in the well appointed kitchen area or relaxing with a book in the comfortable sleeping areas. The stairs to the second sleeping area in the loft are a bit steep, but we navigated them twice a day with so much to do downstairs! Thanks for hosting us.

We had a relaxing and fun time at the carriage house. It is close to a lot of awesome towns and hiking spots. We enjoyed the town of Waitsfield including the farmer's market on Saturday morning. We took a hike at Lincoln Gap- a little challenging for us- but beautiful. The only downside to this location was that it was too far from the town where our daughter lives! Thanks Jennifer for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Good for everyone; kids and parents alike. As presented and no surprises. Jen was a great host with just the right amount of touch, available if needed (we never did), but not overly communicative.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property was very comfortable, well stocked and the views were awesome. The skiing at Sugarbush was very good and we had great weather. Our host, Jennifer was very nice and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely be returning!

What a fabulous place for our ski get away. The carriage house was perfect for my husband, dogs and I. Was nice to be in a neighborhood but still close to Sugarbush, comfortable to relax in after a day on the slopes. Jennifer was so kind and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, thank you Jennifer!!

We loved staying at Mad River Valley. It’s a beautiful modern loft/log cabin/barn. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking gear a family/small group would need. Comfy living room area, TV has a bunch of streaming choices, very nice pool table. Bedding and towels were plush. Bathroom stocked with full size toiletries. Very close to downtown Waitsfield, great view of Sugarbush, atop a windy/steep clay road which is fine with all wheel drive/snow tires.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location was great, the view was amazing. So peaceful and quiet. Stairs going up the loft were a bit steep ( loft not suited for tall people but was doable), beds were comfortable. Super clean and had everything we needed. Directions were easy to follow. Will definitely be back.

We LOVED our stay in this charming carriage house. The property and location were absolutely beautiful. Waitsfield is such a charming little area. This home was fully stocked. Communication was fantastic and we hope to come back to explore this beautiful state a little more!

What a wonderful place. It was super clean and the location was close to everything. The king bed was so comfy. The carriage house is fully equipped, along with extra touches like a Keurig, collection of spices for cooking and bath essentials. I would highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful property and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. My husband and I booked the carriage house recently to decompress after a long and exhausting summer. Despite plans to visit local attractions/sights, the carriage house was so warm and welcoming, we found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy it. There is a great local grocery store, Mehuron’s, with a delicious deli/treats. We stocked up and alternated between long naps, watching movies, taking local walks with our dog, relaxing listening to music, playing pool and cooking simple meals (property has everything for this). It was some much needed down time and we loved every minute of it. The king bed was so comfy, you just melted right in - best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with nothing more than the rustle of leaves when the breeze kicked up. Beautiful views of the mountains out the front of the property. Convenient location as well. Close to Sugarbush, we headed out that way for dinner one night (Rumbles Bistro & Bar) and then grabbed lunch another day at Hogan’s Pub on the golf course - best views in the area!! Quick to get into town for anything you need, also some fun/great stores to visit. We grabbed smoothies at The Sweet Spot which we enjoyed sitting by the river after shopping. Jen, the property owner was great to deal with, quick in responding, answered every question and provided great suggestions/tips for our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting her when we arrived. We would definitely book this property again. Highly recommend.

The cabin was accurately described and met our expectations. Quiet and secluded yet only a short drive (5-10minutes) from town. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook a few meals. After a long day of sightseeing, we didn't really feel like eating dinner out. The King bed was very comfortable. We peaked into the loft and saw it had 3 twin beds but didn't venture up there. The LR furniture was comfy and the TV's Fire Stike allowed us to watch what we wanted on our own Prime or Netflix accounts. The Pool Table was fun, and the Sonos sound system was great. Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions. Timing allowed us to meet unexpectedly during checkout. Its always nice to put a name to a face. If our travels bring us back to this area of Vermont, then we will definitely be a repeat guest of Jennifer's cute cabin.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this fabulous carriage house in Mad River Valley. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this charming place to anyone staying in the Mad River Valley area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It's perfect for a family of four or five with pet. The main room was quite spacious and had a great set up for family fun (pool table, music, comfortable tv area, etc). Highly recommend this space. Our stay was during the summer months so we would love to try it out during the winter sa well.

Everything you need is there. Would highly recommend.
