Perfekter, sehr freundlicher Service, geräumige Zimmer, sicheres Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortszentrum entfern, ein sehr gutes Abendessen im zweiten Restaurant (das Sternerestaurant hatte leider an unserem Übernachtungstag regulär geschlossen), alles in allem, wir kommen wieder

Men moet buiten gaan om te ontbijten in weer en wind! Bistro heeft zicht op de Loire, maar men ziet de rivier niet want er staan bomen voor het venster! In de bar krijgt men bij het aperitief met moeite wat nootjes. Om 16u was onze kamer nog altijd niet opgemaakt. Het kamermeisje was zeer onvriendelijk.

La cuisine gastronomique du chef Hay est tout simplement divine. Une très belle découverte. La vue sur la Loire. Le personnel sympathique et attentionné.

Era tudo novo e com uma decoração clean. O espaço era amplo.

O ar-condicionado funcionava mal, não estava gelando e passamos calor à noite. Algumas tomadas não estavam funcionando e alguns canais de tv não pegavam.

L’établissement était canon. La chambre spacieuse et la literie super confortable (super grand lit avec de nombreux oreillers), douche et baignoire dans la sdb, espace bien être très agréable. Nous avons dîner au restaurant Amour blanc, le personnel était très accueillant et le repas était délicieux. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Nous étions très content et nous reviendrons si nous retournons à Blois.

Quelques toiles d’araignées sur les grilles de la piscine et plus de batterie sur notre tablette en chambre donc difficile de joindre la réception.

de locatie was zeer goed gelegen ; het ontbijt was goed , maar het toelaten van honden (een vijftal) in de ontbijtzaal vind ik niet hygiënisch , idem voor het restaurant

de airco in de kamer werkte nauwelijks : 27 ° wat heel veel is bij deze zomertemperaturen. De kamers waren onvoldoende gepoetst en dan vast tapijt waar honden toegelaten zijn !! Tijdens het weekend draaide het hotel op stagiairs die nauwelijks opgeleid waren in het hotel. In de bar waren veel dranken van de kaart niet voorradig. Dit hotel is momenteel niet op het niveau van een 5 sterren hotel.

Beautiful location - well kept and smart

Lots of little things that shouldn’t happen in a 5* expensive hotel: - everything took forever to do, there’s a difference between laid back service and just very slow! - the bathroom didn’t have a proper wall shower, just a hand held fixture on the bathtub - I’d booked a room with a shower (and the picture of the room on booking.com shows a walk in shower) - by the time I noticed it was too late to ask to move… - the minibar contained nothing but one bottle of iced tea, there were 2 tea bags, two coffee pods and no milk. Mean. - the room service was terribly slow and the staff on the phones spoke no English. I know, it’s France but… we ordered drinks and snacks, the drinks arrived eventually - the Olives 20 minutes later! Asked for cold milk in the morning, got steamed… just all a bit irritating. - the manager showed us our room and made a big deal of the in-room iPad with direct chat to the front desk. I used it for a couple of requests that went unanswered and to order drinks that were never acknowledged and never arrived… - went for a quick swim when we arrived - the Spa manager shoo-ed us out 5 minutes before the advertised closing time… - we had dinner at Christopher Hay’s Amour Blanc. It was really poor - lacking any atmosphere, over-lit, with chaotic and slow service (one hour to get our starter) and portions so pathetically small it was laughable - the star being a complex roll of potato with our mains that was tasty but smaller than your average piece of sushi and we only had one piece each. The bill for 2 was more than €250 - I suggest you don’t go if you’re hungry or in a hurry… - we decided against breakfast after the dining “experience” so cannot comment on that aspect of the Hotel.

Nice hotel, large area

Strange staff, everyone did for a long time, came to check in at 15:00, we were not checked in, waited 1.5 hours, did not offer lunch or cocktail..... lunch by the pool is not delicious, waiters are slow! The rooms themselves lacked cosmetics and details! Shampoo and shower gel bolted to the wall really ruined the impression!! Towels are very stiff

There is no shower closet and worse the bathtub also doesn't have a rain shower. So using the handshower results in the entire bathroom gettimg wet when u shower. Very poorly designed bathroom.

Great location in a lovely town. Excellent service from the staff.

The restaurants are both upscale gastronomy outlets and FdL appears to be exist as a culinary and spar destination. We'd not realised this and expected simply a good 4/5 star hotel. Both restaurants are upscale and there's no alternative besides room service which was extremely poor quality (odd given the gastronomy focus) We would expect a bath in a 4+ star hotel, however the shower facility was very good. Note that the spa closes at 8pm.

the whole hotel is full of flies, they are everywhere, in bed, on the floor, in restaurants it is a nightmare. we got a very noisy room with a cracking air conditioner, the hotel could not fix it without giving us a new room. The hotel promised to return the money and did not do this.

Hotel facilities, room, location and staff.

No proper shower in our room and air conditioning didn’t appear to work. Restuarant service was painfully slow and once again their air conditioning wasn’t efficient, also they got my husband’s main meal totally wrong. Our room was over the drinking area and in front of the staff cleaning cupboard, even though I did request that our room not be placed in those areas.

Hotel is luxury. Valet parking to the nature your vehicle is well looked after. Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and chic. Great location- very helpful staff.

A VERY strict checkin time. Was not allowed to check in a minute before 3pm.

coffee machine in the room was unusable, no tea cups and no milk! a bit too much - selling the extra facilities. wines were all expensive. front garden was an embarrassment Que Fleur? ou est Le jardiniere
