Our family stayed here with friends. It comfortably fit all 8 of us. The amenities entertained kids endlessly and the adults actually got time to relax. The house is an older home and had a few quirks, but it was nothing that affected our vacation. Example, the dishes provided are too heavy for the dishwasher and the tray would constantly fall off the track causing you to wrestle with it. Downstairs lighting is very dim, especially in the bathroom. And the showers leave a little to be desired for and both women ended up not washing their hair for the 4 days we were there. But it didn’t affect the men and children. Honestly these were minor things that didn’t affect our stay and we would stay again. It’s hard to find a place in Leavenworth that is close to town, is this big with pool and hot tub, and this checked all the boxes.

We booked last minute and the place was better than we had imagined. Walking distance to town, the pool and hot tub are fantastic. Spent my b-day floating in the pool and grilled on the deck. Loved it. The house isn't as "posh" as some VRBOs-more like staying with family- but it worked well. A bit more modern lighting in the basement would help (teen girls were creeped out by dated decor and low lighting.) I would also suggest some plastic plates and cups for poolside use in kitchen staples. We loved that we could bring our dog and he had a great time. Thank-you for sharing your home with us!

To start, we were pretty sure it was advertised with two futons. Only one is here so someone did have to sleep on the couch upstairs. Getting in was super easy, there is very minimal lighting after dusk. It was extremely hard to enjoy the hot tub because there was no outdoor light. Also, the hot tub lights did not work and there was mounds of snow we had to climb over to even access it. I genuinely would have hope a path would have at least been cleared for us to wall through and that the function of the tub was checked. Maybe we just didn't do it right, but, your instructions were pretty clear and several adults tried. I also got a call the day before my trip to be told the oven was broken and could not be used, the day before my trip. I was extended a late checkout but honestly that doesn't sit with me too well. So I adjusted, knowing there was a grill. When I experienced the grill it was extremely filthy like it had not beencleaned in a long time and there were large pieces of rust falling off of it. The table also looked as if it had never been cleaned off. As you can imagine I did not feel comfortable cooking food. If it was clean and not falling apart i would have no issue cleaning it myself post use. I took some picturesfor reference in case you have a private cleaning company come out so you can see. That left the stove top and with how many times I had already adjusted, I did not feel like spending even more money on more groceries. We eneded up eating out a lot, great place but when you pay as much as you did, saving money would have been nice. We didn't though, we have a bunch of groceries here for a grill and at home for an oven. It is a beautiful house and minus those turn offs we did all enjoy ourselves and we are talking about renting here again.

All as described, plenty if space for all. Beds were a bit tall for the grandparents with mobility impairments to get in to.

This rental property is magical in the winter time. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. The hot tub in the snow was a beautiful experience.

We had the best Thanksgiving our family has ever experienced. It was so amazing. the house fit our family perfectly with just the right amount of rooms. The kitchen was wonderful and so easy in which to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The proximity to town made it so nice for all of us. the one problem is that it is not user friendly for people with mobility issues. For example, the beds are too high. It would be nice to have beds at a normal level. Also, there needs to be a taller toilet in the bathrooms (all of them) and a bar to help stand up. Also, the bath/showers are slippery and there is no bar to hang on to. I have knee problems and just finished chemo leaving me with neuropathy in my feet. It would have been nice to have a tall toilet and bars in the bath tub. Having them downstairs is no help as the major living goes on up stairs. Tall beds are difficult. Even my children had a hard time with them. New headboards!!! But it was truly magical. We would do it again. P.S. the fireplace in the master didn't work. Probably outdated batteries.

The house was great and only a 10-15 min walk from the village. 2 bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, all of them are very good sized! Plenty of room for 8 people in living room area, and plenty of parking out front. Can’t wait to come back!

While we usually stay in town, this rental is not so far you can’t walk into town. The home itself was great with really comfortable beds. The outdoor space is not private.

Our group loved this house: easy walk to town, plenty of parking, each room was spacious with comfy beds, and great living area to hang out in. The hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table were great amenities, too. Would definitely stay here again!

A huge upside of this property, is that it is a short walk into town. There is no need to navigate parking as there is plenty of space on the property, and a sidewalk into town. The property is also very spacious and includes 2 futons for additional guests.

Short walk downtown and plenty of room to stretch. Would recommend and will stay again

Great location! The pool was great! Grateful for the air conditioning! House had everything we needed. We have little kids and a baby, so we were very relieved that doors had top locks and the house had two baby gates that we put to use. Only minor complaint would be condition of carpet and couch pillows could probably be replaced, but really not a big deal. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Leavenworth. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable and the pool was awesome. The kitchen faucet was finicky and a bathroom sink handle came off, but those were the only negatives and we didn't bother to report those. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great property for large groups! Great location at the end of town. Newly remodeled kitchen and flooring. Current pictures don’t do this property justice!!! Will definitely come back!

This property is close to town. The beds where comfy and the kitchen was nice. Carpet was dirty and stained, the house was pretty dusty, it seems like no one has stayed there in months. The outside could use to be cleaned up. The yard was unkept

This is a plain 4 bedroom home that is for the most part out dated. Beware they will sneak a damage insurance policy in on you if you don't reply to the email within 24 hours. There is no reason to purchase this because there is nothing to damage. The house and it's furnishing are old and worn out. Unless you plan on throwing a raging party don't buy the insurance. The kitchen was newly remodeled and has everything you need to make a meal. The location is close to town and an easy walk. The hot tub water did not look to be sanitary and there was no indication or communication that it was being maintained properly. The pool looked great for a summer visit but does not apply to a winter visit.

The positives are, the space was a good size for 7 people, beds were super comfortable (just super tall), water pressure in showers was great, hot tub was amazing, easy walk to Safeway and downtown, there were also lots of deer in the yard, which was fun to watch.There were a few negatives for us, but may not be an issue for others... we felt the walls were thin and it felt noisy at night, 2 people in our group have cpap machines and they could be heard through the walls, the only heater for downstairs seemed to be in the bathroom, so it was very cold down there and there weren’t closets or dressers in 2 of the bedrooms, so it was just messy with our clothes all over.Overall it was a great place and would be really fun in summer when the pool is open.
