Beautiful setting, lovely welcome, clean well laid out room and fantastic breakfast. What more do you need! A great night away and will definitely return.

The build quality and aspect of the rooms was excellent.

Not what I would expect for £200/night. There was no bath, only a shower, check in was 17:00 eariest and checkout was 10:00 latest. Reception not open untill 9:00. At breakfast staff were disinterested and they refused to cook my wife a poached egg instead of a fried egg. Also, skimped on the small things which make a difference, e.g. they have soft soap dispensers like low cost hotels and average bedding....just felt like the owners were trying to sweat the asset too much.

Breakfast limited to 1 hour slot and then having to queue up to be served. No table service plates not cleared away . Bread for toast not replenished and the breakfast helpings were small . Heaton house itself was difficult to get to as in a remote location and nothing around and almost impossible to get taxi services.

The Breakfast was delicious and fresh, good variety of cereal, fresh pastry’s, fruit and cooked breakfast. Beds were very comfy, shower and bathroom were spotless with fresh towels Venue was beautiful, quiet and peaceful

Was a little pricey, One lady at breakfast was grumpy serving breakfast appears quite rude when trying to be friendly and chatty. Reception staff were lovely Bar facilitates only open during the wedding reception so couldn’t purchase any food / drink in the evening before.
