Loved the access to the beach and the space we had in the two bedroom apartment. It was exactly what we needed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful whenever we needed it.

The unit had plenty of space and was clean. One problem is that the bedroom is a loft, so it collected all the hot air from the day. Our stay was very enjoyable and it was awesome to have clean towels etc every day, definitely a plus. The location is great and it was nice to have a private pool. The property is a little out dated and the pictures can be a little deceiving, the rooms need a refresh. Overall the price is fantastic and people are friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is outdated. You can tell they are trying to improve but it’s not working. You are paying for the location (Key Biscayne is beautiful) but the apartment is a cheap hotel at best. Hair dryer in master bathroom didn’t work, they ran out of wash clothes on a day so had to wait until next day for more, some outlets didn’t work, housekeeping cleaned but only replaced towels not other items (hence the washcloth issue). If you speak Spanish you will be fine with housekeeping. We don’t. Master bedroom did not have a dresser but kids room did so we lived out of the suitcase. TV stations are rather limited. I realize we didn’t go there to watch TV but by evening time you want to relax and watch something and you didn’t have many channels to choose from (local channels only). Appliances were cheap, smoke detector went off when using the oven because it hadn’t been cleaned, toaster only had one side that worked because the prongs sticking out on the other side would burn anything that was put in it. The pictures they show give the appearance of a nice room, it’s not as nice as it appears. House keeping walked in our apartment without knocking, thankfully everyone was dressed. Walls are thin, could hear everything happening around us. There are a few good things - location, roof over your head, access to private beach and location. You are a block from the beach (you need a key to access it or you have walk through another hotel’s campus). If you need a 1 night stay, it would be fine but we will not recommend this place to anyone.

I think you really pay for what you get here! It was a nice place, had a pool (mostly shade) and close to the beach. Room had basic amenities although only handful of tv channels and coffee pot did not work. Overall we enjoyed!

The Coral Reef is a great value for Key Biscayne. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The location is not on the beach, but does have easy access to the beach as well as the Ritz hotel facilities. It is also near local restaurants and shopping.

Wir hattenein großes Apparment mit 2 Schlafzimmern: Leider war es nicht so hell, wie auf den Fotos, die den wirklichen Renovierungsbedarf der Gesamtanlage nicht zum Ausdruck bringen. Auch mit neuen IKEA-Möbeln kann man den Renovierungsbedarf der Gesamtanlage (Fenster, Türen, Wände, Decken, Fussbodenleisten etc.) nicht übersehen. Jeden Morgen zwischen 4 und 5 Uhr kamm ein Truck mit irgendwelchen Lieferungen (vermutlich Wäsche), der uns regelmäßig geweckt hat. Mäßig nette und hilfsbereite "Rezeption"; Beach-Zugang möglich; wir sind jedoch lieber nach Miami Beach South gefahren ... einfach schöner ... Für 2 Tage o.k.; 2 Wochen wollte ich in der Anlage nicht verbringen ... Preis-Leistung passt nicht!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Coral Reef, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk around the island and also has a private access to the beach. This was truly a paradise island, calm, beautiful, great weather and great people. What more could one ask for!

Stayed in a 2/2 room, the cleanliness of the apartment was great, the sheets in all 3 beds were made very well and smelled like if they were just take out of the dryer. The refrigerator was clean, no mess or smells from previous guests. That’s always a plus for me! The decoration and design or the sofas and tables made it feel like if I was right at home. Comfortable from the moment I walked in. The bathrooms had new soaps, new conditioner, and shampoo and again the towels smelled like fresh out of the dryer. The apartment had two balconys. Both had a great view of the pool. And waking up to that isn’t a bad thing if you ask me. I thought that this was a great stay, I will definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone visit the area.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, as well as was located in an amazing spot right next to the beach. It also had a pool that was perfect to relax in after coming from the beach. The people were very kind, and the manager extra sweet. We had a fantastic stay here, and will definitely come back again next year!

I love the private beach, and the price is so affordable, apartment is big and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and I am so happy that they have the housekeeping service even it is an apartment. We spent our most of time on the beach and have a lot of fun. Will definitely come back for the next trip to Miami.
