Beautiful grade II listed house, cosy and comfortable. The attic space with the old beams was a lovely feature.

Lovely house. Very clean. Great area for exploring old Bridlington. Good pubs around.
Outside area at the back disappointing. Wouldn't have wanted to sit out there but that wouldn't stop us going to the house again.

Lovely and clean comfortable and local for everthing .parking avalible just around corner free of charge we always got a place on the roads .1 min away .def stay again .loved it
Maybe larger towels in bathroom .we thought the top bedroom would be better as the main bedroom .but rooms still lovely

What an amazing cottage in the heart of Bridlington

Lovely property - very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and facilities. Extremely comfortable beds.
Not the best outdoor space to sit out. No privacy or light but difficult with this type of property.

Lovely high-ceiling bedroom in the attic also the very cute view of the lovely High Street from upstairs and the bay window. Lovely renovation of a historical property. Really nice bathroom with lots of hot water. The heating system is excellent and the place warms up very quickly.
Great location ( was also the location for filming the recent 'Dad's Army'. Great for vintage lovers as The Georgian Tea Rooms & Antiques next door are a real treat. Crosiers Butchers over the road have an amazing original interior and fittings. And very nice sausages too! It's easy to buy provisions as everything is close by.
It's lovely little place, but perhaps better for 3 than four people. You can only have one person in the kitchen at a time and seating more than four people in the front/ diner is a bit of a squeeze. I understand why some descriptions for this place are 'sleeps 3 and child'.
Larger mirrors in the bathroom and a full length one somewhere in the house would be welcomed
Personally, I wouldn't use the sitting-out area as it's a small, dark alley tucked right in between two houses and conversational volume might be unfair on the neighbours

Charming period cottage, very tastefully renovated and fixtures and fittings to a high standard. Situated on an interesting street in the historic old town. No parking on site but free long stay parking very close at hand so this was not a problem. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom modern and to a high standard. Everything scrupulously clean and well-presented.
A pleasanter small area to sit outside but we knew from the property details that there was no garden and that wasn’t a problem for us as we were out a lot of the time. Bedrooms are a good size but the downstairs living accommodation is quite small. Again, no problem for 2 of us but families would struggle with this I think and the more generous sleeping accommodation might attract families.

Beautiful cosy cottage. Lovely and clean..

Lovely cottage right in the old town of Bridlington. Log burning fire in thr living room. Very quaint and decorated beautifully. The pubs in the area are lovely.. Board inn is a must visit.. Queens pub has a vegan restaurant called nut and nettle inside which was lovely food.
House was perfect for us 3 but if u had 4 people or larger people it would feel cramped. Can park outside between 7pm-9am or for an hour between the other times.. Parking is available further up the street across the traffic lights outside bull and Sun pub. I was a bit disappointed that when I booked it said the property came with a sofa bed so I had the option to use the living room for someone to sleep.. I got a message saying it had been removed closer to my visit but with no option to cancel if that didn't suit me which I thought was unfair. Luckily the stay was great and the cottage amazing so I'm still glad we stayed.

A fantastic traditional cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was in great condition and felt newly renovated with lots of nice touches, but still had all the modern features you would expect.
The inside gave enough space while still giving the feel of a traditional cottage building.
This was a great base to explore Bridlington from & the local area, perfect for a simple relaxed family get away, would happily stay here again.
The stairs were a little bit steep & twisted around a lot, especially to get to the attic room, so needed to be careful when using them, anyone unsteady on their feet might struggle.
The back door was just out on to a narrow shared back yard so no real privacy to sit out, but this was not really an issue for use.
The cups provided were a little small, a few mugs been available would be another nice touch.

Lovely little cottage, perfect for a self catering holiday.
The cottage is a long walk from the town centre and the beach. If you have small children it isn't ideal and taxis are difficult to locate.
No space to store luggage.
