I loved everything about this studio unit. It had everything one needs for a a single or extended stay. The unit was really comfortable and located in a wonderful part of the city, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The studio was well designed and clean, an amazing stay.

There wasn't anything that we did not like. We just needed clarity on where exactly to park our vehicle, which was behind the building. However, access to the unit was also from the back of the building, making it very convenient.

We liked the proximity to the main attractions of the city. Generally quiet area. Air conditioning in the room, free parking and discount flyers for nearby restaurants.

Children were constantly running from the neighbors upstairs and for this reason the clatter was constantly heard. Also, we will not like the style that is positioned as Loft. The board above the bed looks odd and does not add style to the interior. Rather, it just looks like an untreated piece of wood that you can get hurt on. In addition, a lot of dust probably accumulates on it, which is very difficult to clean from this coating and most likely no one does it. There was a lot of dust under the bed, there was also dust on various surfaces. The paper in the toilet was dirty and stained, as if something had been spilled on it. The soap dish from liquid soap should probably also be replaced, since its lid is rusty. I also did not like the fact that the windows of the room overlook the garbage bins. The bed was too uncomfortable for us, especially the pillows. Despite the fact that when I checked into the hotel on their website, I indicated the time of my check-out in the next morning, but they knocked on the door of our room an hour earlier and asked what time we would leave, because the staff had to clean the room.

The property was amazing, my family and I came from Timmins for a weekend of Skiing at Mont Kanasuta. It was my first time in Rouyn and it's a beautiful city, we will differently be back and booking the same accommodations.
